" Dear , do you think I should also send these chocolate as well ? " a beautiful woman with sun-kissed skin tone asked her husband. " Hmm...Maybe not. We don't want our princess to have a rotten teeth when she comes back...right , dear ? " her husband , a extremely good-looking man with alluring steel grey eyes , asked her. " No , we don't , " agreed the woman quickly. The woman , Kailani Brown nee Potter is the mother of Lavender Brown. A exquisite woman with soft wavy dark brown hair to her waist length and a pair of lively hazel blue eyes with hints of lilac colour in an almond shaped. She's a beautiful woman with youthful looks and infectious smile. " Thank you , dear. " Her husband , Brier smiled charmingly. His wife blushed slightly. " Wonderful , son , " Owen replied as he placed the box and scarf on the dining table , " I bought a cotton pastel pink scarf for our little one , a box of her favourite scones and cupcakes from that non-maj's bakery she liked before for her birthday. And...I think that's all for now...! What about you two ? " " Father in law , we're going to send some chocolate chip cookies and a pair of new school shoes as well , " Kailani explained , " she said her old ones are worn out. " " I see , I see , " Owen nodded , " That's good ! Our princess will surely be appreciate that ! "
Brier smiled and nodded. A hand placed on his wife's shoulder as he looked to his father in silence. His eyes soften. He's hesitated for a moment before asked ;
" Dad...Are you alright ? "
Owen blinked at his sudden question. Surprise. His wife shared a look with him as they noted how the patriarch of Brown family seem to be more tired than usual. They're worried.
" Why ? Of course , I am ! " Owen looked at his son bewildered , " I'm not that old , you know... " " Of course not , dad... We just... " " Worry..." Owen smiled in appreciate , " I know and appreciate it , son , Kai. But please have faith in this old man , okay ? "
