"It's a little risky, but I have an idea."
And after Jungkook was done narrating the brilliance of his mind, Jimin looked at him with eyes the size of a puffer fish.
"A little risky? You call that a little risky?" Jimin said as he dramatically stood up from his chair. His voice was just as dramatic.
"Of course, I'm gonna go out alone at night and roam around. The killer's already attacked me twice, he would be waiting for another chance."
"Look at yourself brother, one of your hands is burnt, the other is deeply cut, you've been stabbed in your abdomen and I don't even know where you got the damn bruises!" Jimin screamed, he didn't want his best friend to endanger himself.
"B-bruises? How- how do you know? How did you see them?" Jungkook stood up from his chair, the colour long gone from his face.
"Your shirt and jacket had to be taken off to bandage your waist. That's when I saw them, even on your arms. How did you get so many bruises?" Jimin gently asked, he had a very bad image for those bruises which he didn't want to be true.
"I was just training." He shrugged off.
"With a hunter?" Jimin stared into his eyes.
"Hyung, I-"
"Jungkook, did she do it again?"
"No, I mean, I-"
"Yes or no." Jimin commanded with his eyes.
"Yes."
"Why didn't you tell me about it?"
"It's nothing serious Hyung-"
"Jungkook, for fucks sake, think about yourself for once!"
"Hyung, it's okay!"
"No, it's not!"
The two sat down once again, silence reigned over them as they avoided each others eyes.
"Jungkook, listen, don't live there, come to my house. My mother always asks me bring you home, you're like my younger brother. I can't see you in such a condition."
"Hyung, believe me, I stopped her the last time she tried and it didn't happen again. But the bruises stayed, they're not recent."
"You aren't lying, are you?"
"I'm not."
"Fine then, but you're not gonna do that stupid ass plan," Jimin remarked.
"I will do it hyung, what if he finds another victim?" Jungkook firmly retorted.
"What about you? Think about yourself Kook."
"I can't think about myself, not when something so messed up is happening. I promise you I'll be alive." Jungkook pleaded with his eyes, Jimin couldn't say no to that.
