The pair of twins ran into the classroom afraid of being late. It was the day of orientation and they had woken up a bit late due to the fact that Naruto was teaching his sister how to do the shadow clone jutsu the night before. After the two had catched there breath, they looked around the room for any table that had two seats available.
Miki spotted the only table that had two seats and quickly dragged her brother to sit down. The girl sat down in a seat next to a boy in her class she knew as Sasuke. Almost every girl in the academy liked him which always surprised the girl because the boy looked so ordinary. There wasn't anything special about his looks besides his height. The only thing she could understand why girls would like him was because of how smart he was.
Miki didn't like Sasuke. They had talked a few times because they had been paired up as partners a couple of times, and just those few times were enough for her to know she hated him. At first she thought maybe the girls liked him because he was nice but he was always so, what seemed to the girl as, stuck up. She remembered when they first ever had to work together when they were around 7 and he just talked to her like she was stupid the entire time and bragged about his clan.
Miki couldn't imagine what it would be like in a group with him. She mentally shuttered thinking about all the ways he would call her dumb and think he was better than everyone. maybe if he was nice they could be friends but he was just straight up rude and boring.
Miki was suddenly taken out of her thoughts when she heard Shikamaru talking to Naruto. "Huh? What are you doing here, Naruto?" Shikamaru was one of the only people who were actually nice to the twins. While they grew up they would occasionally play together which caused them to be friends along with Choji.
"this isnt for drop out. You cant be here unless you graduate." Miki didn't know why Shikamaru was being so mean. sure the two boys would occasionally tease each other and fight but Naruto hadn't even done anything.
Before Miki could say something Naruto quickly said, "Oh yeah, do you see this? Do you see this? Open your eyes, Shikamaru its a regulation headband. Were gonna be training together. How do you like that?" Shikamaru simply replied with a 'hm' while Naruto continued to talk.
Miki took notice of Hinata, a really nice girl who would always stick up for both Naruto and Miki when anyone would say mean things about them, staring at Naruto with a blush on her cheeks. Miki cocked her head to the side finally realizing Hinata liked her brother and mentally 'awed.'
Suddenly the door swung open by two girls in thier class. Ino and Sasukes number 1 fan girl, Sakura.
