CHAPTER NINE: the gate
Andre lowered his weapon when he saw eleven, his eyes widening slightly. you stood next to him with a huge smile on your face, you knew she'd come back somehow.
"Is that...?" Max trails off and Lucas turns to her, nodding.
You looked at el and when she saw you she instantly smiled, yeah— she had missed you too. Andre glanced at el also, giving her a wave.
You watched as hopper and mike made their way into a room, you immediately walked over to el and you both embraced each other in a big hug.
"I missed you." You told her as she kept her arms wrapped around you. "Missed you, too." Eleven replied.
Andre thoughts pondered— he wondered if he should go over there and introduce himself, and he decided he should.
"Eleven, right?" Andre says as he walks over to her, you and eleven part from your hug. "I'm Andre– heard a lot about you."
Andre extended his hand out for eleven to shake, eleven sees his and takes his hand— shaking it.
"Nice to meet you, too." Eleven replied as she shook his hand.
Then max appeared next to Andre, eleven pulled her hand away from Andre's and looked at max.
"Hey uhm..I'm max. I've also heard a lot about you." Max says and extended her hand for eleven to shake, eleven stares down at her hand for a second before just walking past her.
You turned to her and gave her a reassuring smile. "She'll come around. trust me."

Andre leered at the others who were talking in the kitchen before glancing at you. "Think they'll come up with a plan?" he questioned.
You shrugged in reply. "maybe? I mean– this is getting more serious than we thought. but El can handle this, she always finds a way."
Andre silently nodded from your reply and crossed his arms, his face was warm when he viewed over at you again. Andre never felt his way with anyone since he was always so 'closed off'.
"You two, let's go." Hopper ordered to you and Andre, "I need you both to be lookout."
Andre brows furrowed. "huh? I'm fine here though. I can't fight off no fuckin' demogorgon or whatever it's called. I don't have the strength to do that shit."
