Chapter 1 Relationship Before

One day in late July, it was sunny and very warm outside. The birds chirped loudly through my window as I awake from my slumber. "Ding." I got a notification. It read "my gf." I love waking up to a notification from my gf. I open the notification, and it reads, " I'm cheating on you, and he's a better bf than you, so I wanna break up." I did not know I would wake up to this kinda message. I was stunned. I looked blankly at my wall as I didn't know what to do. I had spent 7 months with her, and the entire time, she was cheating. I asked, "Why would you ever do this to someone?" All she said is "because I never liked you, you 1 there just in case me and him never worked out." This entire time I was with her, I was just a second choice, I thought that someone could love me I whispered in my head. How could I be loved as I throw my phone in so much anger. "So I was your second choice?" She said "yup" that's all. Like, really, that's all she had to say. Seven months I was lied to, I was tortured not to talk to anyone, and the entire time, she had a roster. She always got mad at me if I ever brought up a woman, but she had another man. I honestly didn't cry much. I just sat there and stared blankly. I kept looking at my phone, but there were no messages. I started to focus on myself, thinking that "I could never be loved what's the point." A couple months go buy it's September now, and my cousin is like "you you should get this app. Maybe you can get another gf." I hesitated for a but but I gave in and got it. I met this one girl and her name was Addy. She was so pretty I couldn't stop looking at her pics of her. We had a conversation, and we realized we live very close, like 4 miles away. And so we got each other snap, and we started talking more. I told her about my past relationship to her so I could feel more comfortable with her. She said, "I have no idea why people would ever do that to anyone." Idk why anyone would it's a dumb generation, I guess. But we talked for 2 days straight, and we called every night and stayed up very late. I started to really like her so I asked "would you like to date?" She answered right away, but it took tike for me to look at it since I was so nervous. After 3 minutes of waiting, I opened it up and she said "Of course I really like you." I had just realized that I'm dating the most perfect girl for me she's really pretty. She listens to me, and she is childish just like me. Have I really found the perfect woman for me? Have I found the women who will always be by my side no matter what?
