2*Why Me?

Jeremy s POV :

Omygod.
I can't believe he's here! Just when my life seemed fine, he has to show up. Aw man. Why me!? Nobody told me he was getting released! Why didn't anyone give me a heads up?

Mikes POv ;

I smiled remembering all the fun times with Jere. We , if I can remember correctly, were close friends here at this job.

" Jeremy! I'm so happy to see you" I say with a smile

. He have me this strange look of irritation.

" W-well that makes one o-of us " he scoffs.

" Wait what? " I ask.

* Flashback*

I was trying to break up with Doll . I had promise Jere I was gonna do it. For him .

But when I saw her, she looked all sad and broken.. We've been together since highschool, I just couldn't do it.

Jeremy had walked in on us kissing. He looked devastated and brokenhearted. He ran out in the pouring rain that night. And I had went after him.

" Jeremy wait! Let me - "

" NO. I NEVER WANT TO SEE YOU AGAIN. I HATE YOU!! " he yelled back as he continued his way into the darkness of the night.

-End of flashback -

I stood there lost of words. Wow...the atmosphere was intensely uncomfortable.

"Im- "

" Whatever.. glad you're back..."he mumbles giving a sad glance.

"Jere-"

" Hey, is that Mike Schmidt? "

A voice said behind him. Vincent appeared behind Jeremy.

" I didn't knew you were gonna be set free today ? "

he says and takes his hand out. I gave him an evil glare. He was a friend, until the night I was taken away.

" Ehem....am I missing something here? " I say awkwardly. He pulls away with a smirk.

" Oh yeah.. Me and lil Jeremy here are dating. I mean we are gay of course and well..your weren't  so. It just kinda happened after you left~ "  he says as he holds his hand.

I stood there frozen unsure what to say.

" Well. We will see you later Schmidt. See ya! " He left with Jere and him holding hands.

I felt empty. My memory's are still a blur but my feelings feel something else. I don't exactly know what I want.

My thoughts were stopped by Scott.

" Hey! So Boss is happy to hear you're back and says you can work here if ya want . Just don't go crazy like last time and stay away from err...the kids and their parents" He says nervously

" No thank yo-"

" Please?! "
What's up with this guy? He looks kinda anxious.

I thought about it. 
Hmmm maybe I should work here. Maybe it'll help with my memeories

I nodded.

" Good. You start tomorrow as Day shift See you then ! " and with that he leaves.
