Chapter One

Hi my name is Emily Grayson I'm 16 and was born and raised in Oregon and Its currently the last morning I have to wake up early because it's the last day of hell WOOHOO aka school I get up out of my amazing bed and head to my bathroom I hop into the shower and wash my hair and body shave then get out I put on some jean shorts and a black shirt that says "queen" white letters with some black vans I put my hair into a fish tail braid and run down stairs to eat breakfast which is fruity pebbles once I'm done I put my bowl in the sink brush my teeth and get my penny board "BYE MOM ILL SEE YOU LATER" I yell she yells back "BYE HONEY HAVE FUN" and with that I start heading to school once I get there I meet up with my best friend Mellody
"Finally it's the last day" I say
"Yup I can't wait so I can sleep all day"
"I know right it's too bad I have to move to stupid Carolina"
"Don't worry you'll survive and we can face time everyday"
"We will even if you want to or not" I say then we head off to first period
****school is over****
"BYE MELODY TEXT ME" I scream
"OH I WILL BYE"
"BYE"
I grab my penny board and run home when I get there there's a note on the fridge saying "Hey em I won't be back from work until 9:00 pm there's money on top of the fridge order a pizza for you and Cody if you get hungry stay safe xoxox Mom" it's 2:28 now so I go to Cody's room Cody is my little brother who's 13 I knock on his door
"Come In" I hear so I open the door "Hey Codes" I say "Hey Em" he says back
"Mom won't be home until 9 so tell me if you get hungry so I can order a pizza I'll be in my room if you need me ok?"
"Ok" he says "and also you need to finish packing mom said" I say he groans and I laugh  and finish packing by the time I'm done its 4:01 so I go ahead and order a large cheese pizza

Finally the pizza is here so I call down Cody and we eat it up once were done we decided to watch a movie
*after movie*
Once the movie was done it was 8:58 and that's when my mom came through the doors
"Hey mom how was the last day"
"Good and I forgot to tell you but we have to leave earlier than planned we leave tomorrow" she said and my jaw dropped
"WHAT"
"I'm sorry honey it's what's best"
"It's fine I'm gonna go call Melody now" I said and went up stairs and cried a little bit then face timed her ( to those who don't have apple phones FaceTime is basically video chatting) as soon as she answered she asked me what's wrong I guess my crying from earlier was noticeable
"My mom just told me we leave tommrow"
"WHAT NOOOOOOOOO"
"I know right I don't wanna leave"
"Emily it's for the best" she said
"True" "and thanks for understanding and always being there"
"What's are best freinds for"
"Thanks:)"
"You should sleep now you've got a big day ahead of ya"
"Ok bye love you" ( and not like that their not lesbo lol)
"Love you too I'll see you tommrow" she said then I ended it hopped in the shower changed into a big sweat shirt and pajama shorts then went to sleep
