Narrator Pov:

Inazuma, the Land Of Eternity ruled by the Electro Archon, the Raiden Shogun; is a nation completely excluded from the outside world in an attempt to reach an ever-lasting eternity that will go forever unchanging. To make her ideals become a reality, the Raiden Shogun started a movement called the Vision Hunt Decree.

In Teyvat, visions are little trinkets that allow ordinary humans to wield the power of the elements. The Vision Hunt Decree was a movement that took those very gems away from the people rendering them powerless. But for the citizens of Inazuma, losing their vision wasn't just the loss of their elemental abilities, but also the loss of their ambitions.

This hunt went on for many years, causing the people to slowly start to fear the Archon that they once trusted and doubt her authority to rule them, however, there isn't much one can do against a god so most people decided to keep their mouths shut and obey, but not everyone.

The people who didn't want to stand around and let their ambitions be taken from them formed a resistance to the west of the Shogun's castle on a small island called Watatsumi Island. They planned to find a way to end the decree for many years but were running out of time. Just as they thought that all hope was lost, a single man had just arrived in Inazuma becoming the light of hope that the nation needed.

This man was none other than the Traveler, Aether. With the help of the Traveler, the resistance was finally able to fight back against the shogun and her army head-on. There were many casualties, but in the end, the resistance won due to Aether making a bold move that helped him fight the Shogun directly and besting her in close combat. With that defeat, the Shogun was able to open her eyes and see the ambitions of her people, resulting in her bringing an end to the decree.

With the vision hunt decree finally abolished, the people of Inazuma were as happy as ever, the borders finally opened, the people of the nation were given back their visions, and the Shogun became a lot friendlier. It was truly a time of peace.

However, with all the changes that came to the nation after the abolishment of the decree, also came a lot of work that has been pushed onto the Tri-Commission. The Yashiro Commission one of the three organizations that compromise the Tri-commission is the home for the members of the Kamisato Clan run by Kamisato Ayato and his little sister Kamisato Ayaka.

Ayaka Pov:

The Vision Hunt decree ending wasn't something that crossed many people's minds. Even though they all wanted it to end, they believed it was hopeless. We were up against a god, and fighting back seemed like a foolish decision, but it seemed Celestia had finally decided to acknowledge our efforts by bringing us the Traveler. His arrival was without a doubt this nation's turning point, and we the people of Inazuma shall be forever grateful to him.
