Marinette was shuffling her way through the crowd of her fellow graduates, navigating from her respective D-lastname section to Adriens A last name section, bumping into Alya along the way, they quickly rushed through the crowds towards the front of the group, they'd finally graduated, they were free for the summer and now they could go and do whatever they wanted, all Marinette wanted to do was spend the entire summer with Adrien, they had planned to go apartment hunting around their universities so that neither of them were to far from where they would start school again in the fall, but of course in his typical manner Adrien already knew exactly where the perfect apartment was, everything was planned out all the way down to their routes to their schools.
Hearing her phone go off Marinette pulled her phone out, seeing a message on the soulmate app.

Turning around Marinette came face to face with her boyfriend, running up to him and jumping into his arms, Adrien spun her in circles with Marinette in his arms, she looked absolutely stunning in his eyes, a flowy summer dress beneath her graduation robes, Marinette hadn't graduated at the top of her class, but she was still pretty close despite spending quite a bit of her free time with him rather than studying.

"I'm surprised you passed enough to graduate with how little studying you did." Adrien whispered into her ear, causing the girl to go from her wide smile to a bright red blush, shoving him away Marinette covered her face in embarrassment.
"You're an idiot!" She yelled out as her face continued to heat up knowing exactly what they did in their free time, especially when his father was out of town and they had the mansion all to themselves.
"Why is Adrien an idiot?" Nino approached the group of his friends, Alya was laughing hysterically as she noticed Marinette's facial expression, they were getting a few odd looks from the people around them, but none of them seemed to care as much as Marinette seemed to.
"Marinette only passed cause I did her homework when she was passed out cold." Adrien answered only causing Marinette's face to flood with an even brighter red blush as realization crossed over Nino's face and Alya tumbled to the grass trying to pull her phone out and snap a picture of Marinette's face.
"SO YOU GUYS HAVE-" Nino pointed at the two, Adrien only giving a cocky smirk as he pulled Marinette into a tight hug the girl in his arms wanting to shrink down to the size of an ant and die right in that very moment.

Marinette began to punch Adriens chest as her embarrassment was crippling their friends now being very aware of why they denied so many hang outs, and why they sometimes would disappear together during school, the couple often had a hard time keeping their hands to themselves after their first time, but they hadn't exactly told anyone about it. The conversation was quickly dropped as Marinette continued to beat up Adriens chest, the girl not wanting to hear anymore about their private time that she had said he was definitely not getting any of that evening. Walking off the field both couples hand in hand they bumped into a few unfortunately familiar faces.

"Marinette! We've been so worried!" Marinette's Aunt called as she rushed up and hugged Marinette tight, though she was quickly pulled from the embrace by Adrien.
"Well you shouldn't have been, you knew where she was and after my father took custody of her you didn't have anything to say other than you needed Marinette's parents money." Adrien defended Marinette, knowing she had alot of long lasting issues from living with her aunt and losing her memory.
"Of course we were worried! She's my niece! I love her as though she were my very own!" Dahlia spoke, Marinette was visibly shaken at the appearance of her aunt who had stolen 3.5 years of her life from her, the woman who had taken her parents final gift to her and used it for her own greed.
Marinette stood up straight, still shaking slightly with Adriens arms wrapped around her waist in support. "You were never worried about me, only my parents money, and I'm ashamed to have ever called you my family, I have a family now and it's certainly not you." Marinette stood confidently as Adrien silently cheered her on from behind her, he knew he loved her, no matter what mask she was wearing, whether it was the shy girl with two left feet, or the confident superhero who had saved him from a life of pure solitude after his mother's passing.

Walking towards the exit of the school property a pale green tint came to Marinette's face, her nerves were off the chart after facing her aunt, before they passed the school restrooms Marinette excused herself for a minute to go use the restrooms, glad her hair was back as she rushed into a stall and hunched over the toilet, slipping her graduation gown off she held herself up on the toilet while she waited for the nausea to pass crossing her fingers she wouldn't puke on her graduation day.
All her friends and boyfriend were standing outside the bathroom waiting for Marinette, Adrien spotting Lila out of the corner of his eye, heading in their direction, she looked as though she had a mission, one set out to destroy his relationship.

"Congrats on getting valedictorian Adrien." Lila congratulated him, placing her hand gently on his forearm flirtatiously.
"Thanks Lila, but if you could, please don't touch me." He requested kindly, not wanting to cause any more drama when Marinette was already so stressed out. The next moment was filled with silence as wretching was heard inside the women's restroom and Alya rushed in, knowing Marinette was the only girl in there.
"Sounds like someone had to much to drink." Lila spoke sarcastically as she heard Marinette in the restroom, assuming Marinette just had a few to many celebratory shots.
"She's not drunk, it's just nerves, she's had a long day so lay off Lila." Adrien defended, knowing Marinette hadn't drank since her birthday back in May. "How's she doing?" Adrien asked as he opened the door slightly to check on his girlfriend.
"She's really green Adrien." Alya called to Adrien, updating him briefly on Marinette's condition before more wretching echoed off the bathroom walls, Adrien was at a loss for words trying to think of what might be wrong with Marinette.
