As everyone finished their lunch, Rajmata's voice broke through the light chatter, commanding everyone's attention.
"To hum kya soch rahe the... Ab samay aa gaya hai ki shaadi ki tayaari shuru kar di jaye," she said with a soft smile, her words brimming with joy and purpose.
"Shaadi? Kis ki shaadi, Dadisa?" Sidhant asked, looking intrigued. "Kya Abhimaan ka bhi rishta tay kar diya gaya hai?" His teasing tone made Abhimaan's eyes widen in horror.
"Nahi Bhaiya! Hum abhi bahut chhote hain!" Abhimaan almost wailed, his reaction drawing chuckles from the others.
"To fir kis ki shaadi?" Sidhant pressed on, feigning innocence. "Kyuki Rajveer aur Nandini to aur bhi chhote hain..." His mock confusion made Maharani smile warmly at her son's antics.
"Maa sa, aapki baat ho rahi hai, Sidhant," Maharani said with a hint of amusement, deciding to end his confusion.
Sidhant froze, blinking at her in disbelief. "Humari?" he asked, his voice rising slightly in shock.
"Kyun? Aap Madhav se vivaah nahi karna chahte?" Rajmata teased, raising her brows. Sidhant's panicked headshake made her narrow her eyes.
"Humara matlab tha karna chahte hain! Bas thoda shock ho gaye the... Aapne achanak se bola na," he clarified hastily, rubbing the back of his neck. Rajmata sighed in relief while others giggled at his flustered state.
Turning toward Madhav, Maharani asked with a warm smile, "To bataiye, Madhav, aap tyaar hain Sidhant se vivaah ke liye?"
Madhav blushed furiously, lowering his gaze as he nodded shyly. His introverted nature made him hesitant in the spotlight, and being part of royalty only added to his awkwardness. The family understood it would take time for him to feel completely at ease.
"To phir, aaj shaam ko hum purohit ji ko bula lete hain aur vivah ke liye shubh muhurat nikalwate hain," Rajmata announced. The joyous proclamation was met with smiles and excitement as the family looked forward to another grand celebration.
As everyone dispersed to their rooms, Shehnaaz started heading toward hers, only to feel multiple hands tugging at her arms. Startled, she turned to see Rajveer, Abhimaan, and Nandini grinning mischievously at her.
"Bhabhi Maa, aap humare saath chal rahi hain," Nandini declared in a tone that brooked no argument.
"Ji, Bhabhi Maa! Hume aapko bahut kuch batana hai. Aapko pata hi nahi kaise humne apne pet mein bacha ke rakha hai sab kuch itne dino se!" Rajveer chimed in dramatically.
"Aur usse pehle to aapko hume manana padega. Hum aapse bahut naaraz hain, Bhabhi Maa!" Abhimaan added, crossing his arms.
"Haan, hum bhi bahut naaraz hain, Bhabhi Maa!" Nandini echoed, making Shehnaaz laugh. She had missed them dearly, and their playful accusations filled her heart with warmth.
