Life goes on. And as it goes on, it gets better. It might not today, or even tomorrow, but it does get better. You just have to stay strong. But you can't just stand by and wait for things to improve. You have to put forth some effort. You have to want it. At the moment you might feel stuck, like there's simply nothing else you can do, or you just don't have the energy for it. But you have to pick yourself up. You have to keep on pushing forward because, eventually, it will get better. In a few years, you'll graduate high school, and think to yourself, "I made it." But that isn't the end. Years later, after some ups and downs in relationships, you'll get married. As you look your soon-to-be spouse in the eyes on your wedding day at the altar, again you'll think to yourself, "I made it." Then again, 10 years later, you'll have a few kids along with a spouse. One night, while eating dinner with your family, your whole world, sitting around the table with you, again you'll think those 3 words, the same ones you had doubted you'd ever think again- "I made it." Whether you get the easy life and hardly have to work for anything or you had to work for every cent you have, you just have to believe. If you tell yourself "I'm going to make it," then I can assure you that you will, because life goes on, even if you think yours is just about to end.
