Chapter 1

Percy stared at the wall in front of him as a nurse fussed over him, bandaging cuts and she noticed unusual scars, old and new. He strained his ears and he could hear Ms. Hestia talking on the phone.

"Brother I think you should come to the hospital, I have this kid. His resemblance to you is uncanny." She said over the phone, making Percy frown. Why did she think some man that happened to be her brother would be his father? Before he could hear the rest the nurse spoke.

"All done hun, is there anything I can get you water or something to eat?"

" No thank you" he mumbled as Ms. Hestia came into the room and walked over to his bed. She laid her hand over his.

"I'm going to be honest with you Perseus-"

"Call me Percy" he butt in before she continued.

"Right, sorry. Percy then. You look a lot like my younger brother so I called him here and we should get a paternity test done. If it's not a match. I'll have to find you a foster home. Your step father didn't want to take you back. I'm sorry." She explained softly to him. He didn't know how to feel about that information, he's been without a father for twelve years. Why would he want one in his life now. It didn't surprise him that Gabe didn't want to take him, he didn't want to live with him anyway.

Soon Ms. Hestia was called out the room and the nurse came back in to get some blood from Percy. It didn't take long for Hestia to come back into the room with a tall man that had Black hair and green eyes like Percy, the man was tanner then him.

" Percy dear the results came back and this is your father, Poseidon " she said softly as Percy glared at the ground.

" Okay and, can't you just put me in a foster home? He didn't even want me in the first place." Percy said not knowing the full story, he just figured Poseidon left him and his mom.

"I didn't know about you. Sally never told me but I'll make you a deal. Try living with me and your other siblings for a couple of months. If you don't like it, I'll let Hestia put you in a good home." Poseidon said, making Percy look up at him.

" I guess that's a good deal. other siblings? How many are there? " he asked thinking Poseidon must be a man whore but at least he seems to take care of his other children.

" My oldest is Rhodes, then there is Benthesikyme, then there is Triton. I think it would go to you then my youngest Tyson" he explained.

" oh wow you really are a man whore " Percy said without a filter.

"They are all from my ex wife." He said as Percy stared at him unimpressed.

"That's worse it means you cheated on her to have me with my mom." Percy said glaring which made Poseidon to sigh.

" You don't know the full story. Amphitrite and I were on a break when I met sally. I know it's sudden but the nurse said you're free to go. Hestia is going to go to your old apartment to get your stuff and you're coming home with me." He said as he tried to help Percy off the bed but he moved away from his touch. " I got it" he said stubbornly. He followed Poseidon to the car.

The car ride was awkward and silent. Percy ignoring questions. He knew Poseidon was only trying to get to know him but a lot has happened in the last twenty four hours: he lost his mom to a home invasion and then he found out he had a father and four other siblings. Poseidon led Percy into the living room with two beautiful girls. One looked like nineteen and the other looked seventeen, sitting on the couch. One was reading and the other was on her phone as the little boy played, who couldn't be older than eight.

"Daddy! " the little boy said, running up to Poseidon and hugging him.

"How's my little starfish, I hope you're not giving your sister a hard time," he said, tickling the boy's belly.

" I'm too big to be picked up. Who's this? " he asked but he didn't look bothered to be picked up.

" I'll tell you in a minute. Where's Triton?" Poseidon asked as he walked over to the couch, Percy wasn't sure what to do so he stayed by the front door.

"In his room" Rhodes said before Posiedon called him down. The boy came down the stairs, he looked a couple years older than Percy, maybe fifteen.

" I would like you to meet your brother Perseus but he likes to go by Percy " Posiedon explained before grimacing at the look Triton sent him.

" Is that why mom and you got divorced? You cheated and had a bastard son" Triton said as Percy bites his lip, it's not like he was wrong.

" don't use that language. No, your mom and I were on a break when Percy happened. Your mom was the one wanting to get a divorce" Posiedon said as he set Tyson down on the grounds. Triton stormed up to his room and slammed his door. He was the one taking the divorce the hardest.

"Oh a new little brother, why is he here now though" Benthesikyme asked, putting her phone up.

"Can I see my room?" Percy interrupted before Poseidon could answer, he didn't want to hear about his mom and he didn't want their pity.

"sure. I'll explain in a little bit" he told his daughter before showing Percy to his room, his room was beside Tritons. The door was closed, while playing music. It was a plain beige room, but it was bigger than his old room in moms apartment.

"We can get some stuff and decorate it to your liking. Hestia should be here soon with your stuff. I know it's be hard so take your time" he said as Percy nodded his head and plopped on the bed leaning back on the soft mattress.
