Hey you guys this is our first book so please don't judge . I hope you guys enjoy! -Shanyia and Tiffany
"Throw it up, throw it up Watch it all fall out. Pour it up, pour it up That's how we ball out." Blasting Rihanna throw my speakers as I drove to pick up my best friend Jurnee for school. As I pulled up in the U shaped drive way I honked my horn. Ten minutes later Jurnee finally appeared out of the house. "You're always late!" I yelled out of the window.
Jurnee and I have been best friends since birth, due to the fact that our mothers were once best friends. We are inseparable shit we more like sisters then friends. Ever heard that saying "Ride together die together" that's how we are. I remember I had a fight with Jurnee's boyfriend sister, She thought shit was sweet because Jurnee was her friend but all of that went out the window since we jumped her ugly ass.
What's up with Trey, did he ever call you? Jurnee asked breaking the silence.
No, he's still mad about me hugging Fresh. I replied while blushing childishly.
Trey is so petty! I told you, you should leave his broke ass alone. Jurnee said with attitude in her voice.
As we pulled into the school, I parked in the same parking space as usual, it has been my parking space ever since I got my car. "Hurry up Jurnee damn you always moved so slow, we already late" I snapped . The first bell rung already so I knew we had only six minutes to get to class and Mr.Washington was quick to give a out a detention.
"You're late" he said without looking up at the clock. I rolled my eyes as I sat down and scribbled on my note book "Ms.Jones and Ms.Jackson come to my desk." "Ugh, what now," I mumbled under my breath for only me to hear. I came and stood by Mr. Washington's desk with my hand on my hip waiting for him to tell me what he wanted. "Here's your detention slips ladies." "What ! We wasn't even late" I snapped. "Proper grammer will only be spoken in this class Karma Jones, and add another thirty minutes to it with that attitude" Mr.Washington said as I went back to my seat. I looked over to see Jurnee rolling her eyes at Mr.Washington while mouthing screw him which he some how seen without even looking up. Add thirty extra minutes to yours to Ms .Jurnee Jackson. "What!!" Jurnee said with so much attitude "I got shit to do after school." "I'm Tryna tell ya" I said while looking at Mr.Washington. I was tryna kick it with my boo fresh after school.
Fresh was the guy who all the girls wanted and who all the niggas wanted to be. He was the son of one of the biggest dope dealers in the Miami dade area. The school bell rung and I was happy cause lord knows I was ready to leave. As Jurnee and I were walking to our lockers I seen Fresh and his crew posted up in the hall way. Fresh was looking cute as ever, he had on a true religion outfit with the new Jordans that just dropped Saturday. Fresh was definitely the finest boy in school with that carmel skin and always taped brush cut. He stood 6'2 and had the deepest dimples ever and his eyes were light brown. "Karma ! " Jurnee pushed me "what girl damn" I said without taking my eyes off of Fresh . "Girl Trey gone beat yo ass "she said with a smirk on her face, "mmh I see you staring at Fresh"."Girl shush" we both laughed as we closed our lockers and headed to second block. "Hey fresh" I said licking my lips " as we walked by "wassup ma , you got that number and I see you ain't use it" he said in the sexiest voice ever "I ain't forget about you " I winked and continued on my way to class. Soon as I hit the corner Jurnee whispered in my ear "here come trey aggravating ass". Trey is my boyfriend of two years but ever since he cheated on me I wasn't feeling his ass. Trey is a straight A student he is also the captain of the basketball team he stand at 6'5. His pecan complextion compliments his hazel eyes, them eyes be having all the girls tripping. To me Trey is getting played out like reeboks, I'm looking for the ballers with the dollars bills cause hey as they say "if you got that cash I got that ass"."Hey baby" Trey kissed me on my cheek "Hey Trey I rolled my eyes as I sat down and pulled out my phone. Thinking about that night when Fresh wrote his number on that hundred dollar bill he gave me.
