"Make sure to eat, breakfast, recess, lunch, snack, dinner, midnight snack"

donghyuck shakes his head looking at taeyong, smilling

"Take your vitamins, always bring umbrella, your first aid kit, always turn on your location, call me when somethings wrong or just cause".

donghyuck strided towards taeyong and held his hand

"hyung please calm down, I promise I'll be fine". he smiled at the former.

squeezing his hands tigther tears stings the corner of his eyes

"hyuckie remember we love you..... I do.... so much". taeyong sincerity made donghyuck's tears flow.

Taeyong is his only family, atleast on his part, he was the parent figure for him, taeyong and taeyong's dad were there when everyone abandoned him.

was he over reacting? knowing he is only moving away for college, it maybe for outsiders but for him it was big time.

After all he is leaving his home that shielded him from all the pain and hurt everyone was throwing on him.

"please call always hyung, please always answer my call" taeyong wiped his tears and kiss his forehead.

"I promise" holding donghyucks pinky for a pinky swear.

"take care okay? please take care. whatever happens, whether big or small always remember dad and I are here. we will always be here, you can always come home and we'll be here waiting for you"

tight hug, the tightest hug is what taeyong gave him and gave warmth to his whole being.

he will miss this, his college is pretty far away from their home and he might not get to come home often.

"I will miss you hyung, you and uncle"

taeyong tighten his hug on him as he burried his head to his shoulder.

trying to calm his nerves, if you'll ask him if he's excited for college, it's a big NO, but he needs to, to help his taeyong and his uncle.

it is a couple of hours ride to his college, he's gonna live on dormitories with strangers adding up to the anxiety he's already feeling.

in attempt to calm his raging nerves and shaking hands he plug his earplug and higher up the volume, music was his escape from himself, music shuts down the voice in his head pointing blame on him, yes it was his fault, he already accepted that ever since, taeyong always says that no one is to blame, no one wanted what happen and everyone, no matter how hard should make peace with what happen.

He's trying, he really is, he just needs more time, he not yet ready to forgive, himself on top of the list.

He took the deepest breath he ever took before inserting the keys in the lock, opening his dorm room. The receptionist already gave him the keys and led his way to this seemingly endless doors before smiling at him and leaving.

he opened the door and scanned the place, it was nice and pleasing, very modern, not so limited space considering it's the dormitories.

"hmmmm not so bad" the room is very modern and minimalist. the furniture are very subtle but added a nice accent to the space.

"Right?" donghyuck whipped his head as he felt a voice ringing near his ear.

"hi! Im jaemin. na jaemin"

the smiley boy shook his hand uncontrollably until another pair of hands on the boy's shoulder stopped him from further shaking the already dizzy donghyuck.

"Im sorry for that. Im jeno, lee jeno"

the taller male eye smilled at him. donghyuck just stared at them still bewildered.

"you broke him nana" the taller male chuckled.

"no I did not" the other male named jaemin said pouting.

they turned to him and smiled again. donghyuck's who's still processing everything was pulled out of his thought by a hand intertwined with his pulling him upstairs.

the taller male named jeno carried his suitcase and followed them behind.

jaemin open a door revealing a pastel yellow room with a large bed, a study table, a dresser and a connected bathroom.
It also has a floor to ceiling window with a proud small balcony facing the streets.

"this is your room. do you like it? well I like mine and jeno like his space too" with jaemin's hand still interlaced with his he nooded his head slowly.

"it's really nice..... uhmmmm..... donghyuck by the way" jaemin's eyes sparkled

"hi hyukie!!! you're so cuteee" jaemin let go of his hand and slightly pinch his cheeks

"hi hyuck. lets be friends from now on"

jeno gave him a smile again. it's cute that his eyes disappear whenever he smiles.

"uhmmmm... are you.... are you sure?" donghyucks voice got smaller than it already is.

hearing no response from the two, his head falls dejectedly. he knew this would happen, how much more when they find out his past, a very messy one.

he already accepted the fact that he would never again make friends in this lifetime but that doesn't mean he wont feel sad....

"are you seriously asking us that?" he did not respond to jaemin.

knowing the answer he was just waiting for them to leave him, no one would want a friend like him

"ofcourse hyuck. we would be so happy to have you as our friend"

he felt eyes staring at him. feeling his eyes sting he tried to lowkey wipe it away

"thank you ..... I mean it" donghyuck's heart swelled with happiness. He never thought he would make friends, two even!

"then we'll give you time to rest and get settled" jaemin pat his shoulder

"see you on dinner hyuck" then jeno closed the door leaving donghyuck tired and sprawled on his bed.

"I guess boarding school is not so bad after all" closing his eyes donghyuck drifted off to dream land.
