I woke up early since I was called in today for a meeting, I got up from the bed and headed to the bathroom to freshen up. After freshening up I got dressed and went downstairs to prepare myself some lunch before I left the house.

I arrived at work, as I made my way to the staff room only to find that I've just joined a meeting. "Good morning" I smiled as I bowed and took a seat, "So you all must've been wondering why I've called you in for a meeting since that's pretty unusual" Mr. Bae started.
We all were focused on what he was about to say next, "Well I will be going on a trip to New Zealand and therefore I will need someone to handle the business while I'm gone" He started.
"And I've seen how all of you work some of you are very hard working and some of you just lackz but let me get straight to the point, I've decided to hand the responsibility to one of our staff members who I think is capable of handling the business while I'm gone" he added.
"And that person will be Kim Jennie" He announces my heart skips a beat, "W-what" I asked in shocked he nods at me with an reassuring smile. The staff members were cheering and applauding as I walked over to Mr. Bae who handed me a badge with my name on it.
"Congratulations, Ms. Kim" He congratulates me I smiled at him before bowing and thanking him repeatedly. "Well folks, this will be your new boss." he announces proudly I smile at the staff members as my tears of joy formed in my eyes.
"So you a promotion as the boss" Jisoo said as she clarified, "Yes" I say as I bit onto my chocolate chip ice cream. I called the girls out on an ice cream date as a celebration for my new promotion, "Congratulations unnie" Lisa smiled. "Thank you" I said for the nth time.
"Guys it's our graduation soon" Rosé reminded us. "Right oh my gosh that means prom is around the corner" Lisa chirped, "Oh my god you're right" I said as we all cheered.
