Hi my name is kahel, I love playing mobile games but just like any other Asian parent my mother, she's not too happy about it. I was told that playing mobile games could ruin my future because chances are, I'll be addicted and also we shouldn't trust strangers who we play with online. As a good daughter I am, I followed her (not really). I mean I did follow her a little bit but I also followed what I want to actually do hahahah. My set up was every time I finished doing homework I played some games, it became my routine without my mother noticing it.
One day as I was playing one of my favorite games, I stumbled upon this newbie. She's very annoying, she follows me everywhere as I collect my in game items. On my way to my house (in the game) she followed me and there she gave me a friend request and I accepted it because I thought if I do she would leave me alone. I mean she did but after that day she messaged me and asked me to play with her and I did because why not I'm kinda bored too.
That one time turns into days, nights, weeks, and months of playing together. Oh sorry I forgot to say her name, her name is Deana. She's a sweet girl and we got to know each other better when we both decided to follow each other on Instagram, and from that not only did we play everyday but we messaged each other too. At this point, I'm so glad I didn't follow what my mother said because if I did I wouldn't meet her. Imagine if I didn't join that game that day and at that very moment I wouldn't meet her. My free time was well spent playing with Deanna, this is one of the reasons why I want to meet her in person. I message her saying:
Kahel: I promised when the day came that I'll be able to meet you I'll cook you good Filipino foods
Deanna: Omgg me too I'll cook for kahel
Kahel: But we don't know when that would happen
Deanna: yeah right..but I believe there would be a perfect timing for that but for now let's jest play hahaha
Kahel: oh yeah let's go hahahah
6 Months later
Kahel' s mom: Kahel your late for school!!!
Kahel: Omgg what the ***** it's 7:00am!!!
LUNCH TIME
Kahel: I wonder why Deanna was not online last night we use to play every night after schoo.
Justine: Who's Deanna?
Kahel: My online friend
Justine: Don't worry maybe she's just busy
Kahel: Yeah maybe your right, I'll message her again later after school.
Justine: but if she didn't reply again, we can always paly like we used to before.
Kahel: oh yeah that'll be fun!
AFTER SCHOOL
Kahel' s mom: Kahel please eat your food and finish assignment before playing!!

Kahel' s mom: Wow your surprise that I knew?
Kahel: ...wait...how...?
Kahel' s mom: I know everything now finish you food and do your assignments and then you play, get it?

FEW HOURS LATER
Kahel is finsh eating by this time she started doing her homework. While doing her homework or assignment she decided to message Deanna:
Kahel: How are you doing? I miss playing with you and talking with you.
Deanna: No reply
Because of getting no replies from Deanna, Kahel then just decided to continue doing her homework but still she is worried about Deanna.
10:30pm
Kahel is done doing her assignments and as she always do, laying games is her reward after doing some tasks. She decided to play and after a few minutes of playing she felt like there's something missing and she know for a fact that it's because she's used to play with Deanna and it gets boring now that she plays alone. Because she's bored and doesn't get any reply from Deanna, Kahel then decided to just sleep specially that she has school tomorrow.
3:00am
Kahel is peacefully sleeping when she suddenly got a call from Deanna....
*Phone rings*
Kahel: Ahhhhh a few more minutes please
Kahel thought that it was her alarm clock
*Phone rings*
Kahel: Bro that was....the fastest sleep ahhh I don't wanna go to school
She then decided to wake up but when she looked at her phone...
Deanna Calling
Kahel: omg Deanna
She quickly answered the phone
Kahel: Hello Deanna, omg I missed you so much. How are you? You miss the event last last night and I was really bored earlier since I wasn't playing with you like I used. Please let's play again I really miss you alot.
Line: .......
Kahel: Hello?...Deanna????
Line: Hello, this is Deanna's mom
Kahel: oh hello po
Line: I have to tell you something...
Kahel: Yes po?
Line: I never knew Deanna had an online friend, I saw your message to my daughter earlier
Kahel: Oh yeah I've been texting her because we stoped plying for like...almost 3 days..I guess
Line: Yeah...uhm..I just..want you to know...that...Deanna..is...is...gone...
Kahel: What do you mean gone? Like out of the country?

Line: Hello this is Deanna's mom, I called because I want to inform you that if you want to come to her funeral I'll send you the place.
Kahel: wait..what..*cries*
Line: I'm sorry,,,
