Short chapter !!

Hearing the familiar sound of footsteps and a gentle knock on my door, I knew instantly it was Liam.Without hesitation,I opened the door.

"Did you sleep well tonight?" Liam asked, subtly closing the door behind him.

"I did sleep, but not well," I confessed.

meeting his gaze.

"Why, Star? Something wrong?" He looked genuinely concerned.

"It's because of you," I admitted, poking a finger at his chest.

"Why? Did I do something wrong?"he asked, gently holding my finger.

"You made me think about you all night" I confessed, hiding my face behind my hands to conceal my blushing cheeks.

"I already saw your ears, don't hide" he said, playfully removing my hands from my face.

"It's good to think of me but it's not good to not sleep, okay?" he advised

his tone gentle. But then, a sudden, frantic knocking interrupted our conversation.

"What's up, bro?" Liam said, opening the door to reveal Lucas.

"What are you doing? Come on!" Lucas said, placing a hand on Liam's back.

"He might do the same to you."

"You never know" they cautioned.

They were right, I would never know. After all, even salt can look like sugar.
