Chapter 3: the past is the past

"Pssttt, Lexi." A girl turned around from her seat to face my table that was behind her.

I felt so bad for not knowing her name. I just looked at her and she handed me a piece of paper.

I was so confused I looked around the room and locked eyes with Jack he was at the front of the class room and his body was faced to me. There was a large smirk on his face.

He mouthed to me 'read it'.

I rolled my eyes and unfolded thepaper. I couldn't help but laugh. The note said 'Dinner my place at 8, I will pick you up and you better be ready. Oh and if you need to contact me just yell out my name, I will be there in a flash.'

I grabbed out my phone and lucky I still had his number from when we were dating. 'Oh can you do me a favour stand up, walk over to the teachers desk and tell the class you have an announcement.'

He got up off of his seat and went to the front of the class. "Guys I have an announcement...." He paused and continued to read my message. "Lexi will not be going on a date with me because I am to much of a dick and because I am a-" he paused and realised what he was reading.

The class was full of laughter and whispers. I couldn't help but laugh as well.

Jack stood there giving me the death stare.

"What was that all about." Tyler said with a confused look.

I totally forgot that he had the seat next to mine. "Oh nothing, long story short I dated Jack and then I broke up with me. Not really much to tell."

I laughed as I saw Tyler's mouth drop. I got out a pen and wrote on the note that Jack gave me. 'Hmm I think humiliation gives you the answer.'

I got up off my seat and walked to Jack, who was still standing at the front of the class.

I grabbed one of his hands put the note in it and closed his hand. I brushed my lips on his jaw line leading me to his ear. I whispered and made sure it was in a bitchy tone. "Whoops did I just embarrass the bad ass of the school. I'm truly sorry." I pulled back and gave him a wink followed by a smirk.

I walked back to my seat and called out, "have fun on your solo date."

I flicked my hair and sat back down.

The whole class was laughing including the teacher and Tyler. I couldn't help but join in. Jack was at the front of the class frozen and he was also blushing.

"Didn't think you had it in you Lexi. But you realise your dealing with Jack. The other bad ass of the school. I have to say I am truly shocked." Tyler laughed and continued doodling on his blank piece of paper.

Jack sat back down in his seat and may I just say his cheeks were bright red.

I felt my phone vibrate. There was a message from Jack. I opened the massage and it said, 'you will pay Darrel. You will pay.'

I couldn't help but laugh. I replied, 'go ahead I'm not afraid.' I send the text and waiting for a reply from Jack.

My phone vibrated again. 'Your mine Lexi and you will always be.' Jack turned around and smirked.

I winked at him and turned to Tyler. Tyler was still doodling, god knows what. Anyways, I knocked the pen out of his hand and it hit the floor. "What the fu-"

I pulled Tyler in and placing my lips on his. Knowing that the whole class including Jack, was watching.

Our lips moved in sink. I started tangling my fingers on his hair. Whispers started to fill the room, but I didn't care I was enjoying it.
