Author's POV:

As the sun found itself once again in Sunoo's room, both boys were woken up by a loud thud from downstairs

Sunoo was confused but got up and went to check what the hell had just happened

But there he was

Sim Jaeyun

Attempting to cook

Key word, attempting

Sunoo sighed in annoyance to make his presence known as Jake felt shivers running down his spine

-" my bad Sun did i wake you up?"

Jake spoke while handing the boy a cup of coffee hoping it would be enough to be spared from death

Sunoo got distracted by the gesture and kindly accepted it before realizing what Jake tried to do

-"good one Jaeyun it almost worked"

He said as he took a sip from the cup he was holding before placing it down on the counter and smiling extremely odd towards Jake

-"look Sun i-"

Jake said but got interrupted as Ni-ki jumped on Sunoo's back, making the latter freeze in spot

-" Nishinura Riki!"

Sunoo yelled before chasing the latter

Ni-ki however winked towards Jake aiming that he's not Sunoo's first target anymore with Jake simply letting out a sigh of relief as he watched the two run

From nowhere Ni-ki was dragged into a room and the door closed

-"huh?"

Sunoo said, scratching the back of his head as he tilted his head in confusion

He was about to open the door before he heard Heeseung talk

-" Nishimura Riki! Stop bothering people and just eat your breakfast!"

There was a second of silence before Ni-ki also began talking

-" Heeseung are you really stupid? If you don't know what happened don't butt in"

Sunoo and Jake both looked at each other as Ni-ki not only dropped formalities with his hyung but also called him stupid

They were scared for Ni-ki

Sunoo quickly opened the door and pulled the latter away into a hug and whispered into his ear

-" Riki are you stupid? you could've died!"

Ni-ki was not fazed as his face was visibly annoyed

Heeseung got out the room and spoke

-" Ni-ki i don't need to know what happened to understand you were a pain in the ass"

He spat as he looked into Sunoo's eyes who was now still hugging Ni-ki

But the latter pulled away abruptly before walking up to Heeseung and towering over him slightly

-"my bad you don't know what having fun is! i forgot how boring you actually are"

Ni-ki said as he walked away and grabbed his bag, wanting to leave the house

But Jungwon got out the room after he heard their discussion and pulled them both together before Heeseung could say anything else to make the matters worse

He then sat them in front of each other at the dining table and took a seat between them

-" you two"

Jungwon said pointing at both

-" you are both going to apologize to one another."

He finished

But there was a big silence that occurred the room

Heeseung sighed annoyed

Ni-ki turned his gaze to meet both Jungwon and Heeseung before speaking

-" i'm not going to apologize first for something i didn't start"

He ended with a small evil grin on his face

Heeseung looked at him in disbelief

-" Who started it?"

Jungwon asked and Sunoo came by Ni-ki's side and patting him on the back

-" It was actually Jake's fault i was mad, Ni-ki saw it and tried to cheer me up and i was running around playing with him but then Heeseung pulled him into the guest room"

" He then started to scold Ni-ki before he even got to know the story"

Sunoo said as he looked a bit disappointed at Heeseung

-" I'm not taking his side because he's my best friend, i'm taking his side because you were in the wrong, Heeseung"

He continued, him too dropping the formalities as he stared into the olders eyes with anger visibly angry gaze

Jake tried to pull Sunoo away but before he could reach his arm Heeseung spoke up

-" okay, i'm sorry for misunderstanding and not bothering to listen to the whole story"

He said looking down

" i'm normally grumpy in the morning and Ni-ki knows since we bicker a lot but i took it too far"

He contijued before looking into Ni-ki's eyes with visible guilt

Jungwon clapped his hands together and smiled

-" great! It's your turn Ni-ki"
Ni-ki looked at Sunoo before speaking

-" if i apologize for dropping formalities and being rude, Sunoo has to also since he did it aswell!"

Sunoo chuckled before apologizing only leaving Ni-ki the last one to do so

-" i'm sorry for being disrespectful towards you, hyung"

That's all he said, almost like a whisper

Everyone chuckled as they heard the boy say it before getting up from the table and eating the food Jake made them, even though it was a little burned

Sunoo got up from his seat to get his mint ice cream he had been craving since last night

When he turned around everyone else looked at him in disgust

-"what? this is my house, don't forget"

" i can eat what i please here"

He said before going into his room with Jungwon following

He sat at his desk as he opened his laptop to watch kdramas as everyone else went to the living room to play games

Jungwon went to take a shower as Sunoo was ignoring him binging his show

As he entered the bathroom he saw that there was a pack of cigarettes under the latters sink

He picked it up and analyzed it before scoffing

-" didn't know he smokes?"

He said almost questioning himself

" Malboro red? atleast he has some taste"

He continued as he put it back at it's old place before editing the bathroom and flopping himself on the bed
