As you were sitting on the bus, you rest your head against the window because you were still tired and sleepy from not getting enough sleep yesterday, thanks to the party. You were trying hard to keep your eyes open when suddenly you felt a presence next to you. You turned to see Niki, which made you roll your eyes in annoyance.

"Aww, is my sweetheart feeling sleepy?" he asks, chuckling, which makes you feel like hitting him so hard. You ignore him and continue staring out the window. Finally, you reach school and get off the bus, with Niki following closely behind, which agitates you. Then, you see students running towards the school, causing you to look at your watch and gasp. You realize you only have i minute left until the gates close, and if you don't make it in time, you'll have to clean the school and run laps.

"Shit." you mutter and start running, while Niki remains unbothered and walks since he's always late to school and used to it. Finally, you reach the gates and see them closing just after you, with some students already inside. You sigh in relief, panting from exhaustion. "Ugh, this wouldn't have happened if-" Before you finish muttering, you suddenly hear a voice behind you saying, "Happened what?" Jake asks.

You turn around and meet his beautiful eyes. "Huh? What?" you ask. "Finish your sentence." he says, smiling at you. "Uh... it's nothing." you respond, smiling back as you both start walking to class. "I'm sorry about yesterday." Jake says. "Meh, it's alright." you respond, stopping after you reach your class. "I'll see you around then." Jake says and leaves to join his friend group. You stand there, admiring him. "Such a gentleman," you mumble to yourself, smiling, and enter your class

You sit next to Sana, your best friend. "Hey cutie," she greets you with a cute smile, which makes you smile in response and greet her back. "Are you ready for the test?" she asks. "I guess, but I couldn't get any sleep yesterday because of the stupid party that Niki and his brother set up." you respond, and she laughs in response, which makes you playfully hit her arm. Then the teacher finally enters, and you all greet.

The teacher starts handing out the tests, but then stops when Niki enters the room and sits at the back, frowning. "Why are you late?" the teacher asks. "I felt like it." Niki responds back in a rude tone, laying his head on the desk after glancing at you. The teacher sighs in annoyance and continues handing out the tests.

After the test, you and Sana walked out of the class, linking arms, talking about the test and gossiping at the same time. Then you spot Jake and his group talking with the popular girls, which made you feel a bit jealous. Then you spot Eunchae glaring at you with her minions. "They are so obsessed with you." Sana says as she glares at them, which makes them roll their eyes and walk away.
