Kamari, Keith, Tyrique and Arushi were currently sat on the daybeds slagging off Reece whilst Reece was sat on the L shaped sofa slagging off Kamari to Noah, Isabella, and Anita when Rafe got a text.
"IVE GOT A TEXT!" He shouted out, halting everyone's conversations.
"Islanders, it's time to hit the slopes of Maddox Mountain in today's couples challenge, as you compete for safety in the next dumping and also the chance to be crowned the next power couple. #ALittleMoreAtlitude #ClifHanger."

–OUTSIDE THE VILLA– CHALLENGE MADDOX MOUNTAIN

The couples all had matching sets of swimwear that they had to change into as it was part of the challenge. Kamari and Zack were co-ordinated in hot pink, Arushi and Rafe in red, Tiana and Enzo in neon green, Tyrique and Naomi in lilac, Keith and Isabella in light blue, Amelia and Rico in orange, Anita and Noah in yellow, Reece and Alyssa in dark green and Stella and Derek in dark blue.
The islanders were now at the challenge- Maddox Mountains. The couples mission was to point out their opponents red flags. Then using their communication skills, they'll guide their blindfolded partners (the girls) to the keys which are in the icy pool at the bottom, in order to free the boys from captivity. There are two rounds, and the fastest couple to complete the challenge will become the power couple, and the slowest couples will become vulnerable.
"Hi islanders, you all look amazing. Welcome to Maddox Mountins!" Maya welcomed them. "Just in case you're like me and you find it hard to spot red flags, we've made them nice and big."
"I see the shade," Kamari laughed when Maya and her made eye contact.
"First up, Stella and Derek. Stella please reveal your first red flag." Maya instructed. Stella turned the red flag around which read 'Player'.
"So, Stella and Derek, now you guys have to decide who you think is the biggest player?" Maya asked them.
"Hmm, gonna to go for Reece, just purely based off of yesterday," Derek spoke up causing Kamari and Tyrique to chuckle.
"Okay. Stella, you will be searching for the name Reece. That key will unlock the first of Derek's handcuffs. In 3, 2, 1, Go!" Maya announced causing Stella to put her blindfolded goggles over her eyes and slide down into the ice pool.
Once she got a key, she held it upto Derek so he could see and let her know if it was the correct name or not. However, the islanders had different plans as they decided to collectively start shouting out answers to distract her and throw her off guard to try and increase the amount of time they spent on the challenge, to ruin their chances of becoming the power couple.
