"No, dude, I can be there in 5... mhm... yeah, for sure. Do you have drinks?"

I listened to Liam talk on his phone as I hugged the blankets to my chest. He chuckled and I brushed a brown curl out of my face as he hung up and stretched.

"I've gotta run, babes. Nick was thinking of hosting a party, and where there's a party, there's Liam Thompson," he chuckled, referring to himself. My eyes darted to his dirty blonde hair, which was a bit messy, before I allowed myself to speak. Quietly, of course.

"You're... leaving?"

Memories of mere minutes ago, when he was ravishing my body... the thing I hated most... and how he was showing so much affection and love to me. He was just going to leave to go to some party?

He rolled his eyes and leaned over, the blanket falling off his lean chest. He was good looking... but his attitude wasn't.

Shoot, don't think like that. He loves you. That's betraying him.

Liam kissed me gently and I waited for it to end. When I started dating him, his kisses were warm, full of love. Now they just felt like a chore.

"Yeah? Bailey, you can't always have me to yourself. Stop being clingy." He frowned as he pulled away and I felt my heart sink into my soft stomach. Oh no... I don't want to be clingy...

"I'm sorry," I mumbled as he sat up and leaned over, tugging on a pair of jeans and a grey t shirt, tugging on his white Zoo York hoodie. I accidentally spilt water on it once and he was furious. I winced at the thought.

Liam rolled his eyes as he crossed our room and peered in the mirror. "it's fine. Good to know you're loyal to me and not like some whore on the street." A comb was run through his fluffy hair and he winked at me. "Right?"

I blinked, then nodded. Yes! I was loyal! "Of course. I love you."

He simply smiled and left the room, calling out "I'll be back later! Don't wait up! Oh! One more thing..."

I looked at the doorway as he poked his head back in. "Try not to eat too much. I could barely breathe when you were on top of me."

Liam laughed and my face burned.

Ever since I was little, I was on the chubby size. Now, being an adult of 18, I was still having some slight issues. I suppose it was caused by my horrible binge eating habits that made a hideous appearance when I got stressed or anxious, which happened too much.

Mainly because of my mom.

My blood ran cold as I thought about her and I sighed quietly as I leaned down and grabbed a baggy t shirt that sat on the floor beside the bed. I tugged it on and smoothed it down over my stomach and sighed.

Liam loves me... he just wanted to have fun.

I went to the kitchen as the sound of my grumbling stomach filled the empty apartment. My hand hesitated over the handle of the fridge, and I sighed as I looked for something healthy. An apple maybe?

"Mrow."

My tuxedo cat, Sapphire brushed against my bare legs, and I smiled and scooped her up. She was a belated birthday/apology gift from Liam, because he forgot my birthday. I loved her though, so it was okay.

"Sapphy, sapphy," I crooned as I nuzzled against her soft fur. She was warm. "What should we do now, hm?"

Sapphire said nothing but stared back at me with her pretty greyish blue eyes. I bopped her nose.

My phone started ringing from back in the bedroom and I went and grabbed it, smiling as I saw the caller ID.

"Hi Mik."
