As for other myths and legends, the Balete trees that were behind concrete or in front of the sidewalks were said to have multiple 'kapres' living on the wide span and lengthy trees. 

Each of these urban legends caused huge and significant fear in the people living in close proximity to Balete Drive— though it also caused a lot of traction to vloggers, journalist, and many other media outlets that had their curiosities peaked and dead set on figuring what were causing these supernatural occurrences and to catch said occurrences on tape. Thus this can also become an interesting point of documentation and study as to how these legends, myths, and folk lore shape a certain individuals' views or behavior within supernatural grounds.

Local news channels, paranormal research websites, and historical documentation are examples of this. We thoroughly examined news articles related to the case. These articles may include eyewitness experiences, testimony from supposed encounters with the White Lady, or any other information that is relevant. We also looked at scholarly publications and books about urban legends, supernatural beings, and local folklore in the area around Balete Drive. This will give us a better grasp of the cultural milieu and historical context of the White Lady legend.
