Ink bit the inside of his cheek nervously. It's just a date! No big deal, just a date with the guy you haven't been able to get along with in years of going to school with him... It's not like you have to DATE date him. This is just a casual little hangout, he's just calling it a date because he's Heizou and Heizou does shit like this all the time.
Besides, you rejected him already! What more is there to it? He can't possibly still be trying to win you over. This is just because he wants to be friends.

So why am I panicking about what to wear?! I've never been on a date before, even if it's not a REAL date it's still my first date! Ink slammed his forehead against the wall in frustration. He didn't have an inkling (no pun intended) of an idea about what to wear. Should he dress fem? Masc? Somewhere in between?!

At the call, his brother appeared in the doorway to their bedroom. He leaned against the frame with his arms crossed. "What do you want?"
Ink gripped Scaramouche by the shoulders and began to speak indecipherably fast. "IhaveadatewithHeizoutodayandIsomehowbelievethisispartlyYOURdoingsoyouneedtofreakingHELPmepickoutanoutfitor I will fucking DIE."
"Woah, woah... slow down. What did you say?" Scaramouche put his hands on Ink's shoulders in return.
"Help me find something to wear for my date with Heizou!!!"
This made Scaramouche speechless. He stared at his brother with eyes full of confusion, trying to figure out if he was joking. "Date... with Heizou?"
"YES!! This is your doing, isn't it? Well, why are you standing there? Help!"
At the amount of panic in Ink's words, Scaramouche decided it would be better to just help him. After what felt like an eternity of trying on outfits, throwing clothes at the wall, and maybe some screaming into a pillow, Ink FINALLY had an outfit...
