Sitting on a ledge of an old derelict house, Ashley pondered. She never quite understood why her brother had left home, she missed him dearly. So much in fact that she cried silent tears every night before she fell asleep. Tears fell down her face as she remembered the fun times and the bad times her and her brother share. She giggled, she remembered the time when her brother David had been showing off on the tree swing in the back garden, he got carried away and it snapped, David fell in the muddy puddle beneath. "Come back David, I miss you" she sobbed as she wiped the tears off her face. Ashley looked at her watch, knowing she should be home by now. Sighing to herself, she slid off the ledge and made her way to the bridle path which leads directly to her estate. She didn't want to go home, the walk home seemed like forever. Minutes soon turned to hours as she got closer to her front door. Ashley froze. Her feet were unwilling to move. Taking a deep breath, Ashley put her hand on the front door, crossed her fingers for good luck and then entered her house.
