I fell in love with my best friend

Sasuke eyes were slowly opening up to find his beautiful wife sleeping right next to him. He smiled at the sight of her pretty face. He gently moved a strand of her pink hair away from her face and put it behind her ear. His eyes admired the woman he loved for a really long time.

Suddenly the door to their bedroom was opened and in came their little 5 year old daughter. She looked around the room and locked eyes with the replica ones of her father's and a big smile appeared on her tiny baby lips.

"Papa!" Sarada spoke with excitement.

"Shhhh! Mama is sleeping." Sasuke told her as he got up from his side of the bed. He walked up to his twin and picked her up and started carrying her out of the room and into the kitchen. He sat her down on a stool.

"It's mama's birthday today why is she still sleeping." Sarada pouted.

"Because mama is tired." Sasuke told her as he got some eggs and bacon out of the fridge.

"You wanna help make a birthday breakfast for your mama." Sasuke looked at his daughter with a smile.

"Yeah!!" Sarada beamed.

As the two were making breakfast Sarada looked up at her father and giggled. Sasuke looked at her and raised an eyebrow in amusement.

"What's so funny?" He asked her as he flipped a bacon over.

"I was wondering papa, how did you and mama fall in love?" Sarada questioned while still giggling.

Sasuke eyes widened at the sudden question but nevertheless he smiled "Well your mama and I were childhood best friends. Do you want me to tell you the story."

Sarada's eyes lit up and she grinned before she eagerly nodded.

"Well it all started when we were 8. It was the first time I met your mom." Sasuke started.

Age 8:

"Big brother when are we're going home." The little 8 year old boy with raven color hair whined to his 13 year old older brother who had the identical hair color but was tied in a loose ponytail.

"Sasuke, why don't you go play over by the swings until I finish talking to Shisui." The older brother announced pausing the conversation he was having with their cousin Shisui. "I'll come find you when I'm done here."

Sasuke pouted and childishly walked over to the swings. Itachi and Shisui couldn't help but chuckled at his silly antics.

He sat down on the swing staring at the ground while crossing his arms angrily. He looked at the ground hoping for the time to go by so he can go home and spend time with Itachi. He doesn't really like the playground.

"Look girls! Forehead girl is crying." A girl boomed in laughter followed by several others laughing like hyenas.

The irritating sound of laughters made the Uchiha boy to look up in alarm. He saw five girls bullying a little girl with pink hair. She was sitting on the floor hiding her face with her arms that were placed on her legs. She was crying really hard and that made Sasuke upset.

Sasuke swiftly jumped out of the swing he was sitting at and ran towards the laughs he heard only moments ago. He saw a purple hair girl yelling at the pink hair girl to shut up before kicking her in the back. The girl with the pink hair fell face flat on the ground.
