It has officially been a week since i started working for the company.

ever since i started, of course ive been intimidated by my boss. everyone has that one point in their lives where they are. some even never get over it. But my boss, well hes been acting strange around me.

I notice differences in the way he talks to me compared to other employees. the other day while i was talking to kai, he yelled at her to get back to work and then turned to me and smiled. he smiled and said "Ms. Na-young, kindly get back to work". Kai was shocked but not mad and insisted that he probably had a thing for me. 

I never believed her. How could i? he was so hot, so pretty all charms and smiles (to some people anyway). Why would he have a thing for me of all people?

That thought was continuously ringing in my head as i lay down in my bed. I sat up and really started to think about it. Why was i getting riled up? He was hot. and rich. and sexy. and a somewhat sweet personality. did i mention he was rich?

If he did actually like me, well i would be happy. But if he confesses to me too quick i might hit him with "ill think about it." Horrible, i know. I do like him, i get butterflies around him and feel happy in his presence, so i do have a schoolgirl crush. but honestly, i might need more time to really get to know him.

i hug my pillow and start giggling and kicking my feet. I cant believe this. HE might actually like me. Why was i even fussing earlier? My crush might like me back.

That thought makes me feel happier, somehow.

"Damn i knew you were slow but how this slow?"

"i will punch your face in shin kyubin" 

He raises his eyebrow but doesnt say anything else

"i dont want to go too fast, ive known her for what, two weeks?"

kyubin sits cross-legged on the ground and sips his coffee.

"Honestly, fair enough, girls get taken by surprise too much these days."

i roll my eyes. "As if you would know, you have zero knowledge regarding women."

"Yet ive been giving you dating advice for the past weeks."

i glare at him but say nothing. He had a point

I try to change the topic. "We've been talking about me for so long, dont you have anyone special?"

He looks away. "Nah, been so focused on you."

I sit down next to him and start poking and prodding him.

"Stop lying kyu, there is someone isnt there?"

"Shut it"

"Tell me. please~~"

"Ask out na-young and then ill tell you"

"fine"
