Rainbow dash this, Rainbow dash that. Ugh! Her friend fell out of cloudsdale anyway so, even if she did win, it's doesn't matter. "What did you think?" She asks landing next to me. "How about you not be a show off for five seconds, Rainbow Crash" I mutter. "I was just trying to help fluttershy" she whines. "I don't care" I say. She sighs. "I could give you flight lessons since mum and dad aren't the best parents" she says. "I don't need help from anyone, but especially not YOU!" I yell. She backs up a bit. "I'm just trying to help" she says. "I don't care! Everything is always about you!" I yell. "No it's not!" She retorts. "Oh Cherry can we have your party tomorrow, we need your cake to celebrate rainbow dash getting an a hundred oh her test. Cherry why can't you be like your sister, she could fly before she could babble" I mock. "CHERRY" yells a voice. Mother lands nearby and trots over. "Your grounded, go apologize to your sister" she snaps. "No" I grunt. "Don't talk back" she says warningly. "I don't care that I'm grounded, I can't fly because you two won't teach me how too and I'm not apologizing to your daughter" I yell storming storming off. "That is no way to speak to your mother" father says. "Oh fuck off" I grumble. "You know what, I'm out" I yell jumping off the edge of the cloud. "CHERRY!" screams mother. Oh now she cares? Freaking bitch.

I hit the ground hard. The feathers on my wings rip off and I can taste iron. My ears ring and I can't see shit. Ow, ow, ow.

I wake up in a hospital bed. One of my back legs has been stitched up from the hoof to my flank. There's bandages around my wings. Mother stands next to my bed. I kick my hooves out. A nurse trots in. "I want her out! She's horrible!" I shriek. "Mis I need you out, the patient needs to relax" says the nurse. Mother nods and leaves. I wonder how dead I am when I get home, no to her home. I stop kicking and lay still. "How are you feeling?" She asks. "I can't feel my wings" I mutter. "We numbed them so you wouldn't be in pain while they heal" she explains. I nod and lay down. "Now, please tell me what happened" says the nurse. "My parents haven't bothered to teach me to fly since they're to busy taking care of my twin, so I tried to learn the way birds do, it didn't work" I explain. She nods. Sigh. "Because your old enough to have a cutie mark and still can't manage to keep yourself aloft and don't have any medical conditions, you'll be removed from the home due to neglect" explains the nurse. "Oh, can I have something to eat?" I ask. She nods and leaves the room.

"How is he?" Asks the mare. "He'll be fine but due to this happening and the fact that he can't fly while being healthy and capable, he'll be removed from the home" answers the nurse. "He's my son!" Yells the mare. "Then you should have taken the time to teach him basic skills, just because one of your foals is insanely gifted, doesn't mean the other will be that gifted" explains the nurse. "Can't we have one more chance?" Pleads the mare. "No, he could have died because he was desperate to learn to fly, something you should have taught him a long time ago" replies the nurse. The mare gave up and began to cry. "Please go into the room behind you, the councillor will be in, in a minute to council you through this" said the nurse.

The nurse had learned through her many years of experience, that most parents didn't realize that they we're horrible to their child and/or didn't realize how much they cared about that kid until that kid was being taken from the family.

The nurse turned and headed for the break room. She needed to find a councillor who wasn't doing anything and she had to get food for the young colt she was caretaking. "You" she said walking over to a newer nurse. "Yes?" He asks. "Bring lunch to room 420, he can have solid food" says the nurse. The new nurse nodded and headed for the kitchens. With that taken care of she continued on her way.
