"You're working late today, have fun Hayeon," her co-worker spoke.

Hayeon sighed, "Wow, thank you Hitomi. You're so sweet," Hayeon sarcastically smiled before rolling her eyes.

Hitomi laughed before leaving the store, leaving Hayeon alone.

She sighed after seeing her car leave, until she heard a roaring sound.

She looked out the window to see a black motorcycle pulling up. "I swear if it's that rude old man," she mumbled to herself.

The man walked in the store before taking off his helmet and running his hand through his hair. Hayeon wished she could record it and edit it because he was so fine - what was she thinking? She has a boyfriend.

He smiled at her before going to the back of the store. Hayeon smiled back at him, feeling red in the face.

She waited for about five minutes before he came to the register with ramen and soju.

"Hello," Hayeon spoke while ringing up his items.

He grinned, "Do you mind giving me the Newport behind you also?" he asked as she nodded.

"Can I see your ID please?" She spoke before scanning the beer and cigarettes.

He sighed, "Can't you tell I'm over 21? I mean, I know I have a young face, but I'm 22, princess," he smiled.

"ID please," she spoke, looking at him.

"Listen - wait, what does your name tag sa- listen, Jeong Hayeon, I don't have my ID on me, but please, just give it to me," he spoke, looking at her.

She looked at him, "I don't know-"

"What time do you close?" He questioned, interrupting her.

"It's a 24/7 convenience store. I get off at 11 PM, though," she spoke.

He hummed, "Okay, princess, I'm going to come back in like 15 minutes with my ID. Don't get too tired on me, okay?" He spoke before leaving out the door.

She grinned to herself before someone else walked in. It was her best friend, Sunoo.

"What are you smiling about, Yeon?" Sunoo questioned, squinting his eyes at her while smiling.

She burst out laughing, "Sunoo, what are you doing here?" She questioned, smiling even more.

"Girl, I'm bored. I'm going to bother you until your leaving time," he laughed.

She gasped, "No! We have class tomorrow. You're going to be tired," she spoke while furrowing her eyebrows.

He shrugged, "Nah, no I won't. If you close at 11, then I have plenty of time to go to sleep. Don't worry," he spoke before sitting down at the ramen bar.

She smiled before going around the counter to sit by him.

"Your boyfriend is getting on my nerves. Can you break up with him already?" Sunoo scoffed. "He doesn't treat you right anyway," he mumbled.

Hayeon laughed, "Sunoo, stop. You know I can't break up with him, or my parents will be upset," she said, shaking her head.

"Miss girl, fuck your parents!" he cursed, making her gasp and slap his arm.

"Don't say that, Sun! Me and him have been getting along better," she said as he shook his head.

"Hayeon, you and Jeno don't even talk to each other! What couple doesn't talk to each other?" Sunoo questioned.
