** Dannie's pov **
It was November thirteenth. Lando's birthday.
Knowing that he was going to be in Las Vegas and that he was going to be staying at one of the Hilton hotels, I had reached out to his management team. They were very open to the idea of bringing me in on their "surprise" birthday party. Although it wasn't an actual surprise party they were adamant of having me be an actual surprise.
One of Lando's close friends and also a member of Quadrant, Aarav was going to be tagging along as well. Knowing that someone I was even semi familiar with was going to be there made me calm down way more than I thought it would.
Even though I had not officially met any of the members of the gaming group, over the few months that me and Lando had been together we had interacted through social media and texting multiple times.
So with all of that being said, here I was currently hiding out in a room just about three rooms down from Lando. The plan was for Aarav to pop out of the giant cake that they had prepared and then about ten minutes later I would be wheeled in while hiding in a big present. I was beyond nervous but seeing just how planned everything was by the staff made almost all of my nerves go away.
"Okay, Aarav just popped out so let's get you in alright?" one of the main organizers in the room with me suggested.
Wheeling over the box, two men lifted up the cover just enough for me to slip in and get comfortable. Well as comfortable as I could get in a four-feet by four-feet box. "Please don't tip me over!" I joked lightly when they began to close the box.
"We'll try our best ma'am." was the last thing that I really heard correctly as the box was finally closed all the way.

** Lando's pov **
Aarav popping up out of a giant cake was definitely not what I was expecting. Out of everything that has popped into this hotel room he was the biggest surprise. Flying all the way to Las Vegas was absolutely crazy.
"Lando! We got one more surprise for you mate!" he yelled out into the room.
