Chase made his way down his driveway to pick up his mail. He noticed the moving trucks next door and the sold sticker slapped over the for sale sign. 'Guess the Robinsons finally got someone to buy the house'

He makes his way over to say hello to his new neighbor. The door is wide open and he hears her before he sees her.

"I AIN'T GOT NO TYPE. BAD BITCHES IS THE ONLY THING THAT I LIKE."

He can't help but laugh. He makes his way over to where the noise is coming from. Coming up to the entrance of the kitchen he sees a girl around his age or younger on top of the counter putting dishes away in the cabinet. As he's about to announce his presence the girl drops a plate on to the floor shattering to pieces.

"Oh shit," she says looking down at the broken plate.

"Why don't you get one of your bad bitches to clean it up for you?" he asks with a smirk.

She quickly looks up and her eyes get big, "Who are and what are you doing in my house?" she slides off the counter making sure to avoid any broken pieces.

"I'm Chase, I'm your neighbor. Just came by to say hello."

"Oh thank goodness, I thought I was going to have to cut your throat with one of these shards."

"Thank god you didn't. Who would feed my fishes then?"

"That really would be tragic," she nods. "Well I'm Camila. "

"Well I just came by to say hello. If you need anything don't be afraid to knock." Chase says before moving towards where the plate sat in pieces. "Here let me help you with this mess."

"Thanks that would be great. This kind of happens often when I get distracted. Which is most of the time."

"No problem," he chuckles. "Say, who were you listening to earlier? I've heard the song but it sounded different?" he asks to make small talk.

"Oh," she blushes, "That was just a cover. You maybe recognized Zayn Malik's voice?"

"Isn't that the kid who left the boy band?"

"Don't even mention that please. It's still too soon." she says dramatically.

"Don't tell me you're a fangirl?" he asks laughing a bit.

"Maybe." she says softly.

"You and my sister would get along. She never stops talking about them. She's even going to one of their concerts."

Camila all but drops the broken pieces of the plate back on to the floor, eyes big."No way! Oh my gosh she's so lucky."

"Hey calm down now. I don't want you hurting yourself." he laughs lowly before grabbing the pieces from her hand."

"Sorry. I got excited." she apologizes blushing some more. He just smiles.

Once he makes sure that there isn't anything left on the floor he says, "Well welcome to the neighborhood again and if you need anything come knock at my door."

"Thanks Chase it was nice meeting you and I promise not to be an annoying neighbor." she smiles walking him to the door. "Oh and one more thing," she says,"Does this make you my bad bitch?"

He laughs before saying, "I guess so."

"Nice."

Walking back towards his house he can't help but think how cool it's going to be to have someone  around his age in the neighborhood that's not married with kids.

He spoke too soon. At four in the morning he was awoken by loud knocks on his door. He slowly makes his way downstairs, the knocks never ceasing.
