Can I first say that I'm not a directioner. I really don't know much about One Direction except their names. I'm slowly morphing into a fangirl, so I decided to try this little one shot out. Oh and you could call me a bit of a Larry shipper, but I think I was just brainwashed into that...still no disrespect to anyone! Just testing some things out! :*

He was the biggest cupcake.

And I think that's why she fell in love with him.

She was the kind of girl who would always love the book more than the movie and would rather read romance novels than be in actual romances. She was pure, sweet and innocent. Not really my type you could say, but whatever. She was still nice, and I liked her.

But that doesn't mean that I don't wish she wasn't with Harry.

I mean, come on, every girl wants Harry-the Harry Styles, voted hottest and most popular member of One Direction. He has the hair, the accent, the voice, the everything. I mean, even guys want to date him.

He's sweet and gentle, unlike anything the tabloids have ever said about him. Or will ever say about him for that matter. See, everyone likes to see Harry as the "lead" of the band, which in some ways he is. But somehow, that also makes him a player and a slut too. It's almost comical because he's actually a virgin and wouldn't hurt a fly. He's a total derp.

And he's just the biggest cupcake.

And he just fell in love with her. It wasn't slow, or sweet or anything like that. If anything it seemed harsh and cruel and almost....scary in a way. I don't think people realize how scary it is, falling in love. It doesn't happen overnight, they tell me. I don't know if I believe that much, but I know that its still true.

On the day Harry met Gwen, he came back flustered. We all tried to ask him what was wrong, but he almost couldn't speak, like he was in a trance. But I'm just about his closest friend here, so he told me everything. He'd just been out getting Starbucks, but on his way out the door, his wig had fallen off and running from a mob, he ran into her. Apparently she was really good at blending into the crowded park, and no one seemed to notice him when he was with her.

But the crazy thing was, she didn't recognize him. As like the Harry Styles. Apparently she wasn't even into pop music. The very next day, all Harry was listening to was a sort of classical jazz or something. It was weird for even him. He even read some new books. Not that we're illiterate or anything, we just don't have as much time to read as much people. You know, with tours and stuff. Harry somehow managed to read some of her favorite series in a matter of days. So basically he was totally head over heels.

We were only free for a week, off from tours and everything, but we barely saw Harry. Sure most of us were off visiting family or whatever, but I kind of just hung around with nothing to do. Harry and I had made plans, but he probably forgot. I mean falling in love can be a bit of a hassle. I would know.

But it was weird. How could Harry expect or even hope for anything of a relationship when we were going to be traveling the world after the week was over? Well, Harry at least knew that. I'm not really sure what Gwen knew. On the day before we left, we all went out for dinner, which I thought was just the five of us. But the five bros turned into the six awkward people as we tried to interpret Harry's new girlfriend. Well, maybe it wasn't official, but it sure seemed like it was. One of the best things though, was she still didn't recognize anyone. I praise the parents who raised this girl under a rock. Not to be that guy, but One Direction is decently popular. I don't mean to be a bitch, but it's just a fact.

But here was this girl who just didn't seem to know us at all. In reality at concerts and CD signings, we were really only exposed to girls who have our birthdays, blood types and penis sizes memorized (don't ask me how they know that, because I really don't know either). She was different, interested. She seemed sincerely curious about our lifestyles. We tried not to lie too much, but we did sometimes, just to try to stay in this bliss. We all kind of loved not being recognized, and being questioned by someone who cared. We all loved not being known. Weird. Still this was someone who wouldn't immediately go to a teen magazine and twist our words around after a conversation. She just wanted to know.

As much as I wanted to hate Gwen, I knew I couldn't. She had a splattering of freckles across her cheeks and was a little weird too. She didn't mind it though. She seemed a little shy, maybe insecure? But she opened up pretty easily. I knew I would probably like her like Harry did too, if I wasn't so interested in...well someone else. I guess it's obvious by now.

The next day, I was almost happy we were going back on tour, because now Harry could forget about girls and focus back on us being, well us. The five best guy friends ever. Surely when he finally told her the truth why he was leaving it would break her heart. She would be betrayed and never want to talk to Harry again right?

I felt so stupid for being so selfish. Harry would be heartbroken though. He'd be a mess for weeks. As much as I knew I didn't want to admit it, I know he wasn't just falling in love-he was drowning in it. And Gwen didn't even know.

That's almost the funniest part of all this. And when I say funniest, I mean the most ironic part of this. She just didn't realize any of this. Any of One Direction. Any of the real him, like I knew him. Harry.

But that's not how it all worked out, apparently.

Harry was normally very open about, well everything. But not this. Apparently they still kept in touch. The most Harry ever said was that "she's still oblivious".

So now I'm sitting here, while he's writing her another long winded email again, just lounging on his bed. I wonder if she'll ever know. Know about One Direction or know that he's head over heels in love with her. He has millions of girls who would do anything to be his, but he would still choose her. I guess he just thinks that no other girl can compare to Gwen. How no one can replace what they've shared. I so know that feeling.

Harry Styles, no one will replace how I feel about you.

I, Louis Tomlinson, am in love with you Harry Styles.

You are the biggest cupcake.

That's why Gwen fell in love with you.

And I know that's why I fell in love with you too.

But you are in love with her.
