1) SIXOR: Single-Cycle In-Memristor XOR :

This project uses memristors to construct a newsingle cycle based XOR. Alternative computer paradigms are needed because of the Von Neumann bottleneck and the rapidly approaching end of silicon scaling. Memristive technology is one of the greatest platforms for In-Memory Computation(IMC), which is one of the most promising solutions.

2) 2TXOR-Based Content Addressable Memory :

This project replaces the 4T XOR module with a new2T XOR module, which enables the parameter extractor to operate at fast speed, low power consumption, and small space. The primary component of the CAM that utilizes more power is the parameter extractor, which also uses an array of XOR gates, increasing power dissipation.

3) Design of 2-bit vedic multiplier using CNTFET:

In this paper, a novel method of creating ternary logic gates using carbon nanotube field-effect transistors (CNTFETs) is presented. In contrast to traditional binary logic approaches, ternary logic presents a viable alternative that could lead to more simplified and energy-efficient modern digital systems.

4) A 4-read2-write multi-port register file design using pulsed latches :

This study proposes to conduct multi-read and multi-write operations in the pulsed-latch based multi port register files using an area-efficient and low power consumption design method. Comparing these register files to SRAM-basedregister files, a notable reduction in both area and power usage was seen. The power-delay product of an 8-BIT, 4-READ, 2-WRITE (4R2W) pulsed-latch based multi port register file was examined after it was built and simulated in 180nm technology.

Conclusion : This is about Here Takeoff Edu Group provide All kind of Academic projects with best knowledge and support to Student necessities.
