Through a dimly lit room, the neighbours can see two figures fighting as if they were in war. After few minutes there was a complete silence.

Ofcourse this was suspicious but the neighbours thought that the fight is resolved. No one knew it was a murder.

Alex Bennett, a 19 year old highschool student and Mary Bennett, a 25 year old working lady were siblings. Alex and Mary lost their parents at a young age. Mary the elder sister took care of Alex like a mother. Alex , too loved his sister.

But that day his hands were dripping with the blood of his beloved sister.  After 5 minutes his mind came back to consciousness. Seeing his sister, lying lifeless, he stood silent, in shock, in fear, in regret. The kitchen knife fell off his hand. He fell on his knees looking at her. She was dead.

His heart started pricking, just at the moment, the bell rang will a call "Mary open the door". It was Riya, his sister's bestfriend. Unaware of what to do, his mind told him hiding her will be the best option and he immediately followed it. He hid her and cleaned up the room. Not a stain or smell to be found. Later, at night, he threw her into the river.

In less than a day,
Everyone in the area started noticing something suspicious. Mary was never seen again. People often asked Alex about Mary. His response was same all the time. He said she went outside at night and yet hasn't returned. He also claimed to give complaint to the police. But it was a pure lie. Everyone pited poor Alex.

2 days later~
A man who walked around the river found a dead body. It was none other than Mary's body. The police got this information instantly. They started their investigation. They searched for clues and stuffs.

*Knock knock* "Is there Mr Alex Bennett?"

There was a knock on the door. Alex hesitated to open the door. He knew it was the police. But Alex was prepared. He answered the door.

The house search went on for 2 hours. But no clue was found. Then there arrives the chief head officer, Mr William. He was just an year older than Alex. Yet he was a smart and a remarkable police officer at such a young age. Just on entering the house William glared at Alex sending shivers down his spine. But Alex held himself together.
The investigation started.

Alex answered everything properly. There was no mistake or gap. Still Mr William was not satisfied and he spoke in cold voice. But everything got clear, Alex was not the murderer. When the police team was about to leave, Mr William turned towards Alex and said--YOU KNOW IT BETTER, THE TRUTH.
