Here are some reasons why I hate Cody from SML that every time he appears in an SML video that made my blood boil and cringe at every single moment that he appeared in the video.
Each one of these reasons will fully explain why I hate Cody from the SML series:
Reason #10: His inventions are considered dangerous, useless or could destroy the world or the universe.
In many SML videos, Cody is shown to invent a lot of crazy stuff in the SML videos and most of them are either dangerous, completely useless and/or could destroy all mankind, the whole world or even the entire universe.
Here is a list of Cody's inventions that you should not recommend from him:
Invention #1: The Past Machine
This invention looks exactly like a Bop-It, but it's designed to take things from the past. It was shown in the video of the same name that Cody used it to take President Lincoln from the past to the present time, but he already shot but John Wilkes Booth, which is not worth getting him out of the past with the Past Machine. Then Junior decided to use it to get Hitler's mustache, a T-Rex, two meteors that are headed straight to Earth that are the two same meteors that killed the dinosaurs, and finally the Big Bang that altered the timeline where Junior and Joseph destroy the invention, which is probably for the best.
The only downside in my opinion is that when you have to use the Past Machine and take something from the past may actually alter the course of history that will greatly affect the spacetime continuum.
So it's probably a good thing that Junior brought back the big bang in order to change the timeline to destroy the Past Machine and save the universe from altering the course of history.
Invention #2: Bot Buddy
In order to maintain his perfect attendance at school, Cody decided to build a robot named Bot Buddy to replace him after he got sick and didn't want to miss a day at school.
Unfortunately, after Joseph poured water on Bot Buddy (Because he thought Bot Buddy was the Terminator) and managed to reboot itself, he was set to kill mode and vaporized the teacher, Jackie Chu.
Obviously, Cody should've installed a kill mode on Bot Buddy or put an emergency shut down switch that is not "gay" related or a code that is hard to remember that resulted in Junior setting Bot Buddy into "Super Kill" mode.
Luckily, Junior managed to shut down Bot Buddy by taking away his battery to stop his rampage and brought it back to Cody.
In my opinion, I would've just destroyed the robot and bring it to the police to have Cody arrested. Sick or not, Cody deserved to be punished for building a robot with a kill mode program just to keep his perfect attendance in check.
What an idiot.
Invention #3: The Future Machine
In the SML movie, The Future Machine, Cody invents the machine to go to the Year 2025 because he and his friends don't want to wait two more years for the official release of Grand Theft Auto 6.
However, there are a lot of problems with this invention because how are they gonna get back if it only goes foward into the future and they go back to the present day when they soon realize that it was a complete waste of time just to get their hands on GTA 6 and he could've made the machine big enough for all 4 of them instead of leaving Cody behind.
Honestly, I would rather wait until the official release of GTA 6 and I understand how long it is to wait for the game to finally come out.
