It started in Qing Qing City, China, when a baby was born that emitted a bright luminescent light. It marked the beginning of the age of quirks. Our story begins with a pair of twins, a brother and a sister heading off to the doctor to check their quirks with their mother. The girl's name was Izumi Midoriya, and the boy was Izuku A. Midoriya. They arrived early so it wouldn't be so crowded.
Inko: Are you two excited to see what your quirks are?
Izuku: Yes, we're really excited.
Izumi: I hope I can be as strong as you Zuku.
Izuku: I'm sure you will. Hey Mom, I've been feeling weird this morning.
Inko: Maybe your quirk is about to manifest, we'll just have to wait for the doctor to give us an answer.
Receptionist: The doctor will see you now.
They enter the office and the doctor walks in.
Doctor: Morning Mrs. Midoriya.
Inko: Morning Doctor, we're here to see what their quirks are.
Doctor: Okay, hey kid, are you okay?
Izuku was silent for a moment, but then it happened. Izuku suddenly felt his ears shift to the top of his head as they became more like deer ears. Then he felt a pair of small antlers emerge from his head. After that, his eyes felt odd as the scelecula and pupils turned green with the pupils being a darker shade. The last thing to change was his teeth which became sharp like a shark's teeth.

Izuku: Looks like my quirk awakened.
Izuku covered his mouth in shock. His normal voice now sounded like he was talking through an old-timey radio. Inko and Izumi were also surprised by this, but then they noticed something off about Izuku's shadow. It was moving independently from Izuku and even smiled back at them.
Doctor: Amazing, it seems that Izuku has a transformation quirk and a very strange one at that. If you don't mind I'd like to analyze what his quirk can do.
Inko: Of course, and maybe you can do the same for Izumi.
Doctor: Sure.
The doctor takes blood samples and enters the examination room. Moments later he leaves the room with the results.
Doctor: Okay, I'm going to start with Izuku first, his quirk is called Radio Demon.
The doctor began to list everything Izuku could do and the family was surprised at what he could do.
Izuku: Wow, does that mean I can be a hero like All Might?
