Shangri-La

Shangri-La : Chapter 1

A long time ago, in Kyrat, Nepal the land of peace, joy, and happiness are there. The same fate with the paradise in the earth, the Shangri-La. But in one day, the people was feared by the demon's ultimatum. Leave Shangri-La in no time, or they will be terminated. Of course, the people of Shangri-la are not leaving. So when the time has come the demons who was led by the evil Rakshasa attacked Shangri-la in a huge scale army. So, the people of Shangri-la can not defend the Shangri-la. The demons makes a chaos in Shangri-la. So, the gods are leaving the Shangri-la and go back to the heaven. But, the chaos didn't reach Kyrat because the demons didn't know about locations in the Earth.

And in one day, in Kyrat, a child was born. A child from two parents. Then, the parents give the child's name Kalinag. Then the child grew up to be a boy. While, he was a boy, he wants to be a warrior just like his great grandfather which is a seeker of the Shangri-La, but sadly, he was killed in Shangri-La by the demons a long time ago during the demons occupation. But his father told him that he needs to learn about the budhism religion. So, he studied about buddhism for a long time until he is a teenager. While he was a teenager, he goes to the military and joined it. After having so much training, how to attack an enemy, impale an enemy, use a bow, execute his enemies, stalking, etc. he becomes the best soldier in that army when he is an adult. He was the best soldier in his company. And in one day, a big surprise comes in. The King of Kyrat comes. The king comes to the army to choose the best soldier to become a Warrior, and the next seeker of Shangri-La So, he saw the skill of Kalinag, the best soldier. He was amazed like a father saw his child for the first time that his child can walk. So, the King chose him and Kalinag accept it in honor.

While he was in the warrior training camp, he saw what kind of a warrior is. They are fast, deadly, strong, powerfull, and skillfull. After having a lots of lots of training, studying about Buddhism, and worship to Kyra, he becomes the warrior he dreamed while he was a child a long time ago.

At one day, the king ordered the warriors to find the Shangri-La because he knew that Shangri-la was attacked by the demons from the monks. The monks know about this because they feel that something was attacking Shangri-la. So, the warriors are gone and go finding Shangri-la. Kalinag was one of them but he is the last warrior sent because he's still fresh.So, when he arrived at the Himalayas, he saw the Shangri-la was right below him. So, he jumped to a pond of waters. So he swim through it and find the Shangri-la was in his feet. He is so happy that already found the Shangri-la. But the happiness is not long, he saw there is so much animals that was killed. And there is a last animal survive but not for long. It was stabbed by the demons weapon. So Kalinag retrieve it and then the animal dies. While he continues his exploring, suddenly a demon comes and almost killed him. But then, a tiger came in and kill the demon. The tiger saved his life from the demon. The tiger saved Kalinag not for helping him, but to gain an ally.

After that, they walked through a cave. And then, they saw another seeker (warrior) which is killed by the demons. While the warrior came, he brought the legendary Shangri-La bow. So, Kalinag took the Shangri-La bow from the fallen warrior. After walking not to much from that area, they saw a horde of demons are there. So Kalinag ordered his tiger to strike them. Of course the tiger obey his orders. While the tiger strike at them, Kalinag use his bow to cover the tiger. He pulls the bow and release the arrows to terminate the demons, and use his sword to assassinate the demons.

After that, the demons are vanished in the cave. Then, they go out from the cave and saw the statue of Kyra and the bell of enlightment was on top of there. But then, the bad moment comes, they saw dozens of demons in their path. But no problem, Kalinag got his own bravely tiger and the mighty bow and he is a warrior.

Then, he battled through his way into the statue of Kyra to ring up the bell of enlightment. He founds many kinds of demons in there. But then, he use his mighty bow and sword and his personal tiger to slash away the demons. But sadly, he is outnembered. So he runs into the top of the statue than broke the chain that holds the bell of enlightment. But suddenly, an ambush of the giant evil Rakshasa caming out from nowher, appeared from the skies, coming towards Kalinag. But, suddenly, the bell of enligthment had ring. The demons are vanished, but Rakshasa not. It is a powerfull and a big demon and can not beaten by the bell of enlightment, but it can not holds the sound of it. So it flows away, go back to its nest, but still in Shangri-La, and leaved Kalinag with its tiger. After that tregedy, Kalinag Comitted to free Shangri-La before returning back to Kyrat.
