I was scarred.
I didn't know what the point of this was. But just putting it out there might help.
"What if I turn you? To what I am. Then they wont be able to harm you. You wouldn't need my protection anymore." I assured her, the all most freezing to death little girl.
Her voice sounded shaky and said, "No. I'm not leaving Simon." I shook my head in frustration, "Don't call him Simon. His no Simon. Did you see what he did to you're parents-,"
"I saw. And his still Simon! His just not human anymore, he still technically has his heart still." I looked back at the two dead bodies again. Abeer's head was completely frozen from the cold. Even the blood was frozen. His guts and internal organs are splattered allover the snow. While the mother's body has a stake through its heat.
"He did all the killing's of you mother and father. And you consider that he still had a heart?" I said as I sat on the snow with the little girl. "I know it's hard for you to leave this place. All of you're family came from India. But you have no choice. You're parents are killed and you have no other choice anyway but to turn to what I am. Unless to want to roam the streets of an abandoned city with a killer."
"This city isn't abandoned. Just forgotten." the girl said as she holds onto my arm, "Where were you born?" she ask, "Alaska. I came here to visit an old friend of mine." the little girl looked up at me and ask, "Who was she? Is she still alive?"
"Drishya, you're mother. And she's dead." I answered,
I looked at the bodies once more and hopped of the ground. The little girl got up too, "What's wrong?" she ask. "Get you're Dad, and I'll get you're Mom. Were going to a funeral." I say as I pull the stake out of Drishya's back. I lift her body and carried her on my back. The little girl walked towards her father and picked up his arm. "Is that how you're going to carry you're father? Dragging him through the snow?"
The little girl frowned, "No."
I walked up to the little girl and took Aabeer's arm away from her, "I'll carry her." I through him on my shoulders and start walking to a nearby grave yard. When we got there, we buried them and prayed. "You should turn me." she said quietly. I look back at her and ask, "What made you change you're mind?"
"You're right about him. And I have a feeling he is after me next."
"No." I say with a bit of harshness in my tone as I hold her in my arms, "I won't let anyone tough you."
Her tiny little arms stretches over my wast and gives me a hug. "Am I going to live with you now?" she ask, in reply I hug her back and said. "Yes."
