Over the past month later when Takashi had not been with Morita's side back at the Sakura House his heart cancer was back again and Seki was taking care of him back in his Mansion house at Fukuoka where both of them had stayed in their hometown.
Nakashima: hey...Seki can I see Takashi senpai back inside his room and what did he do now can I please *beg*
Yumiko: uh...sure of course please don't let his assistant know that you are visiting him back in his room
Nakashima: trust me I won't tell her about me go back to see him back in the room well then excuse me *leave*
When Nakashima wanted to go and see Takashi senpai back to his room she went upstairs to the second floor as the door of his room was half open and she could see that Takashi was lying down on the floor as well as Nakashima was shouting Seki's name to go and check his viral condition on his body.
Nakashima: Seki...please come here and check on Takashi Senpai I think he wants to overdose too many pills that he takes to kill himself
Yumiko: what!! You stay there with him and let me take someone with me to go there and check on him
Nakashima: please hurry Seki we won't lose him and I didn't want to see Morita lose her brother again
Back at the Sakura House, someone here is waiting for some phone call or even messages from LINE chat from Seki Yumiko who was being taken care of by Morita's brother back at his Mansion.
Hinano: why do I not have any news about Takashi Senpai it has been days there no news about him
Morita: we can trust Seki and the 3rd gen member together with him back at the Mansion

Once Hinano were been stressed out of a sudden and Morita had to calm her girlfriend down with some of her sweet hugging her that tight but she needed someone to hug her that much until now so she could meet with her brother back right here at the Sakura House with his sweet smile on his face.
Morita: Hinano how do you feel now and are you calm down now
Hinano: yes I do thanks so much I need this moment for you to hug me that tight and I will be patient for Takashi Senpai news that Seki will inform me about his condition result
Morita: we'll Shall we go back inside to have a good night's sleep together you need your beauty sleep and charge your energy so you do not be stressed again
In the meantime, back at the Hinata House, there was Kaho and the rest of the 4th gen members who had heard that Takashi senpai had his heart cancer back against his body while Seki Yumiko had been taking care of him back at his Mansion.
Kaho: so did you hear about Takashi Senpai having heart cancer and can he recover from his cancer right
Yoko: we can't recover from that cancer and it takes weeks to recover from those cancers, especially heart cancer we can't do anything about that
Kaho: so you telling me that Takashi senpai will not have much time left to live in this world and he could die in vain that you were saying about
Later Yoko nodded toward Kaho as we had some guest members were came back here to see someone who had been talking about Takashi Senpai not being there with his sister's side back from the Sakura House.
Ichinose: so you did hear about Takashi Senpai hasn't come back yet at the Sakura studio are you, Yoko
Yoko: Ichinose Miku why are you doing here back at the Hinata House along with two of your girlfriend
Ichinose: I was here to give you some information about Takashi senpai that could happen around his surroundings that he may have not much time left to stay with his sister's side
Back at the Takashi Mansion Seki and Nakashima were checked on his viral condition and he suddenly woke up from can't remember what happened to him early today in the morning back inside his room.
Takashi: wait what just happened to me here? Seki? Nakashima? *confused*
Yumiko: wait do you remember anything before you passed out Takashi
Nakashima: Takashi senpai did you remember anything just you passing out out of the blue while I went inside and saw you were lying down on the floor with some kind of overdose
Now Takashi remembered that he had been dragged by someone who was inside his room while he stood up as both of them were helping him but he rejected her both to help him walk down the stairs as every one of the 3rd gen members had to see that Takashi had to wake up but his face was been serious about something else on his mind.
Takashi: where is Airi!! *painted*
Airi: Takashi senpai why did you want from me
Takashi: Airi...please send me a plane ticket to return home to see Morita
Out of the blue, Takashi pushed Airi away from him as he melted down from his chest pain he grabbed his shirt that force and was screaming in pain Seki and Nakashima were rushed down the stairs to see that Takashi had more than his cancer could not handle his condition to well.
Yumiko: Takashi senpai please calm down and let us talk this way out huh
Takashi: I don't want your poor reaction about me I just need to see Morita, my sister, please
Yamashita: Takashi senpai I'm sorry to do this to you *sanitizer gun*
Suddenly, Takashi collapsed down on the floor while they were shocked that only Shizuki were there to stop him from escaping the Mansion Seki and Nakashima were getting ready to leave and back to the Sakura studio where every one of the Sakurazaka46 members were there to see someone back from Fukuoka hometown.
