Chapter 11 - One life to save a million

I looked to the left so see a man in a uniform, surrounded by army men armed with guns.

"Now hold it right there, son," The man in the suit said in a fifties voice.

"Dad. . ." I heard Tyler whisper.

Holy sh*t no!

HE'S GONNA DIE!

Well, he is our principal. . .

But still.

Some nun might take over and ruin it by making us wear uniforms - like prison.

"RUN!" I said, running toward him and trying to push him.

He just patted my head.

"I heard some noises in my school and I decided to go check it out. It's a damn good thing I did," He

said, winking at me and Tyler.

"This is NOT a good time for jokes!" Tyler said.

"I suppose. But it's best you leave now son, don't want you getting hurt," He said, concerned.

"Son?" Pete said harshly.

"Yeah, son. You haven't told them yet?" The principal said.

Tyler gulped.

"You've been playing us you a$$!" Pete said, picking up a gun.

But before he could shoot me, one of the principal's men shot him.

"YOU DID NOT-"

"Oh yes I did," The principal replied.

"Now go son. I'm here for a reason, you know," He said, in that fifties voice.

What a dad!

"No! You're gonna die, dad!" Tyler said, reaching for his hand.

The principal pulled it back.

"You and Taylor's safety is the most important thing right now. My life doesn't matter. In fact, I'm sure most students would rather have me dead than alive," He said, trying to make another joke.

"But dad-"

"Go," He said, a little more sternly.

Tyler hung his head in defeat.

He slowly grabbed my hand and we made a full sprint to the car.

Once we got in, he smashed his foot on the gas pedal.

"Where are we going?" I asked, as soon as the school was out of sight.

"My house," He said, making a sharp left turn.

"Do you have Wi-Fi there?" I asked.

"Why?" He asked.

"Because. I have that app that gives you access to all the cameras and we can watch your-"

We made an extremely sharp right turn.

"-Dad," I finished.

"Sure. Uh I think the password is my name and then 13," He said.

"Ok, thanks," I said.

Once we reached the house, he parked and we went down.

We sprinted inside and house and plopped on the couch.

I quickly put in the Wi-Fi crap and went on the app.

We saw his dad yelling at. . . who was it. . . Trevor I think?

"Leave my f*cking school now!" He yelled harshly.

"This used to be OUR bar! OUR hangout! OUR headquarters! But YOU took it away from US so YOU

should be the one to leave!" He yelled back.

"I have full ownership to this school! Leave now or face the consequences!" His dad roared back.

They all started laughing.

"What could a little pussy like you do to big boys like us?" 'Trevor' challenged.

And just like Pete, he was calmly shot by another army person.

And after that, full war broke out.

More people filled the room; there were sounds of a million bullets flying through the air at once.

Many bloody bodies were all over the floor.

There were screams, shots, and at least one person fell every minute.

Soon, there were only 6 people standing - His dad and the guards.

At least, that's what I thought.

"Ah, peace at last," His dad said.

But, another gun shot was heard from behind them and his dad fell.

"NO! DAD! GET UP!" Tyler said, shaking the iPod.

Oh no. . .

Well, it's like that old saying.

Taking one life can save millions.

"That's what happens when you take my territory, b*tch," I heard a scary voice say afterwards.

Oh sh*t. . .

Is that?. . . .
