You couldn't count.

You've lost track of the time that passed like a waterfall,

Opening up a small metal tin, letters and notes exploded from within it.

You pulled out a chocolate lizard keyring. The one he gave you.

So you still couldn't get over it...

Your alarm rang in a high pitch. You wanted to throw that damn clock against the wall, but you wiped your tears away.

Locking the tin, you got ready for work.

And just before you left, your hand slipped the keyring into you pocket.

The train was cramped with people as they always were.

You shoved your way past the crowd to exit the gantry.

Taking out your phone, the keyring slipped out, landing on the floor with a 'clink'.

"8:50 a.m."

Work starts in 10 minutes, you quickened your foots steps.

He held the chocolate lizard keyring out with a scarred hand.

You hitched a breath. They were identical. Have you finally gone insane?

Slowly you raised your hand to take the keyring.

"Sorry... You look like someone i knew..."
Your eyes fixed on the keyring, you dare not look at him.
Thanking him, you turned around to leave.

8:55 a.m.

But the tanned man grabbed your hand.

"What are y-"

Mammon looked at you teary eyed,

You were lost for words. The warmth feeling of his hand spreaded through your entire arm.

He choked, cupping your face.

Now you were definitely dreaming, you were seeing hallucinations.

8:58a.m.

"This can't be... Mammon is-! My Mammon is...."

"Oi what's the big idea?! Weren't we havin a moment?"
He said with pouted lips.

You started crying again, this time overwhelmed by happiness.

"Hey, it's alright now. I found you..."
He looked at you with softened eyes.

9:00 a.m.

Mammon shut and locked the door behind him.

"Papa!"
Your 3 year-old son ran out to hug his father.

"Ahh how's my little buddy? Have you been a good boy for mommy?"
He ruffled his son's head, to which he giggled and nodded.

"Welcome back sweetheart,"
You pecked a kiss on your husband's cheek,
"Dinner will be ready soon, clean up your toys before that okay?"
You patted your son's head.

"Okay mommy, I'll go pack up my toys,"
He skipped back to his room.

You went back into the kitchen to prepare the food.

Mammon followed you into the kitchen.

"You can go wash up first,"

That's when you felt his head on your shoulders.

"I missed you, y'know..."
He mumbled.

"I know, I'm sorry i made you worried back then, but i swore to myself I'd find ya again one day."
He kissed your cheek, before winking at you and leaving for the bathroom.

You knew damn sure he was blushing hard behind those doors.
