Death says to herself  "Ereshkigal and Izanami they are the ones I will call."

  Death talks through a  connection she has to all gods and goddesses of death "Ereshkigal and Izanami I need to talk to you 2, I will summon you through the connection."

They then appear in her home and kneel down to her and says "What do you need of us Lady Death."

Lady Death says "you will go get this human/Devil his name is Harry Potter you two are probably  wondering Why isn't he just a human/devil from the Wizarding Community.He is the master of death I don't need him dying early and meeting me I mean I can go meet him in my spectral form but that's different."

Death Says while having a angry and crazy look in her eyes "I have watched him get stuffed in a cupboard  hit with a belt  slapped and I am pretty sure two bones broke in the span of a year. That's the start of deadly abuse.

Now go get him a year after we go in his dream and talk to him so he can trust that we are there to help him tell him the truth about himself and I will send a illusion to distract the people abusing him so he don't get abused no more and I might let his parents live in his mindscape.

I have seen something similar in the Shinobi universe where they help there child with the 9 tailed biju. after that take him to the wizarding community so he can get his family fortune and  magic knowledge from gringots.

I mean his family were smart cause they made plans and gave them to goblins if they died all their business would stay up and running under the control of goblins that they pay to so the next heir don't suffer misfortune."

Death Says "yes Izanami it is so that we don't make mistakes while talking to him I never had a child as the master of death s I don't know how to talk to him and Ereshkigal is here cause she has this nice aura even though she is a goddess of death.

Then there are people are starting to plot against you two steal your divinity so this is to get you stronger as well.

Both goddesses says while angry "really that's bad we must have gotten week if people are plotting against us thinking we are weak."

Lady Death says  "I would bring him to Shinto faction or The old location of the Babylonian/Sumerian faction location and have him take that over and start business in England, America, Babylonia so he can not rely on them but help them as much as they help him.

Plus there are only have 2 goddesses left from the Babylon after that you two have  solved  your problem and take care of him with yasaka there or take him to devil faction.

Because he has devil blood but until then stay in wizarding community and train to get stronger."

Both goddesses says  "Ok we will but when do we start visiting his dreams."
