Y/N and Charlie stand on a street corner, Y/N chewing on the inside of her cheek.

This is a story of an ordinary little boy and his big sister named Charlie and Y/N Bucket. Charlie was not faster or stronger or more clever than other children.

Charlie runs off, Y/N laughing and running after him.

Their family was not rich or powerful or well-connected.

The sibling duo run home, Y/N smiling and throwing some snow at Charlie. "Y/N!" He laughs.

In fact, they barely had enough to eat. Y/N and Charlie Bucket were the luckiest siblings in the word.

Y/N and Charlie went inside, Y/N wiping the snow of her little brother's back so they wouldn't get yelled at.

They just didn't know it yet.

Day turns into night and Charlie and Y/N's mother, Mrs. Bucket, is making soup while Charlie does his school work. Y/N bounces her leg as she looks at old photos of her and Willy.

"So, after years of knowing me, you decide I'm the one selling you out to other candy companies?!" Y/N yells with her voice full of hurt. "What do you expect?! I can't trust anyone!" Willy yells back. "You can trust me!" Willy shakes his head. "Know what! If you can't trust me, after years of knowing each other, then I'm leaving!  We can't be friends!" Y/N yells. "This friendship was done when I found out you're a traitor!" Willy yells back as Y/N storms out of Willy's room.

Mr. Bucket comes home, covered in snow. "Evening, Buckets." He announces. "Evening." Grandpa Joe replies. Grandpa Joe, Grandma Georgina, Grandma Josephine, and Grandpa George are all sitting on two beds put together, one grandparent on each side of the two beds.

"Hi, Dad." Charlie says, smiling at his father. "Hey." Y/N says distracted, her eyes slightly watery at the sights of her and Willy back when they were younger.

"Soup's almost ready, darling." Mrs. Bucket says as she kisses her husband, making Y/N make a face of fake disgust at Charlie which makes the boy laugh.

"Don't suppose there's anything extra to put in, love." Mrs. Bucket says as she looks at the soup. "Oh well, nothing better goes with cabbage than cabbage." She jokes which makes her daughter laugh.

Mr. Bucket sits next to his two children. "Charlie..." He says, a glint in his eye. "I found something I think you will like." He pulls out toothpaste caps which makes Charlie's eyes light up in excitement.

Charlie and Y/N's father worked at the local toothpaste factory. The hours were long and the pay was terrible... yet occasionally, there were unexpected surprises.

The boy picks up one of the caps. "It's exactly what I need!" The boy says happily as he gets up. "What is it, Charlie?" Grandpa Joe asks.

The boy picks up a giant model of Willy Wonka's Chocolate Factory. Y/N smiles softly at the model. Charlie adds the last piece; Willy Wonka's top hat. "Dad found it, just the last piece I needed."

"What piece was it?" Grandpa Joe asked. "A head for Willy Wonka." Y/N snickers at the "head" part which makes Mrs. Bucket give her a warning glare. "How wonderful." Y/N says as she walks over crouching next to the table.

"It's quite a likeness." Grandpa Joe comments. "You think so?" Charlie asks. "Think so?" Grandpa Joe asks rhetorically. "We know so." Y/N and Grandpa Joe say at the same time. "We saw Willy Wonka with our own two eyes!" Y/N says with smile. "We used to work for him, you know." Grandpa Joe continues.

"You did?" Charlie asks. "We did." Y/N confirms.

"They did." Grandma Josephine confirms.

"They did." Confirms Grandpa George.
