"Right get up, we're gonna train you today," Kamari said dragging Stella up and to the gym.
"What?" Stella sported a confused look as she was being dragged along.
"You're dueling today, we gotta train you. There's no way I'm having Jasmina win over you," She said as she pushed Stella to lay on her back on the floor, "You know what's crazy, I haven't stepped foot in the gym once since I've been here."
"Well it's not like you're doing a workout now. You're making me do one while you watch," Stella snorted.
"You're right. We're gonna work on your core first okay? I want you to do a sit up and then when you go back down, I'm gonna throw this football on your stomach to tense your core, and then when you sit up again, I want you to say something that you don't like about Jasmina," Kamari instructed as Tyrique and Keith brought their beanbags closer so they could watch them.
"Okay," Stella nodded doing a sit up, "She's dishonest." She spoke before going back down.
"Tense, tense, tense," Kamari instructed as she lightly threw the ball to hit her stomach, catching it once it bounced on her stomach back into her hands as Stella burst out laughing.
Tyrique and Keith just laughed very amused at the scene infront of them, watching as it went on for another five minutes before Stella gave up. The rest of Kamari's morning was spent in Ty's arms as they cuddled on the daybed chatting about absolute nonsense, never a moment of silence between the two.

"Hi islanders!" Maya waved to the islanders who were sat on the benches, as she entered the villa.
"Hi!" They simultaneously replied.
"Well, as you can see, it's time for the next duel. So, as you know the results of yesterday's challenge and last nights vote, mean that Zack & Jasmina and Keith & Stella, you are vulnerable. Zack and Keith will be going head to head and Stella and Jasmina will also be going head to head. The winner will stay in the villa, whilst the loser will leave immediately. Keith I think we all know what's driving you," Maya explained as she pointed to Stella.
