Chapter 1: Valerie

3rd Person, Vanguard Operator, Captain Valerie, 301st Royal Warsuit Regiment. Year: 16,915

Valerie alongside a platoon of infantry to support her 3 meter tall Warsuit fires amongst the extremely tough alien supersoldier. Their position was on the inner city as a defensive line if the previous ones were overrun and unfortunately, the defenses were indeed overran by the relentless assault that caused hundreds of casualties

A flurry of laser fire rips through the standard alien infantry where many fell but their super soldiers shrugs off their lack luster rifle fire with the exception of Valerie's Vanguard Rotary Laser Cannon, providing ample rate of fire and power. But despite that, it was only making the alien super soldier lose it's patience

The towering half a ton, 9 foot tall alien super soldier, clad in advanced, heavy armor, charges their position at 70km/h, the fear of something that big shouldn't move that fast made everyone flinch, including an Ace like Valerie. The infantry retreats but it was too late as the alien super soldier closes in the distance at extreme speed

Valerie screams as she continues to fire her laser rotary cannon before she was shoulder tackled by the monstrous alien soldier. Her Warsuit was pushed back into a apartment building while her infantry support were either sent flying or crushed beneath the armored boots with the remaining elements being dealt with its alien blade and super pistol

The Vanguard Warsuit gets up with Valerie sustaining minor bruises from the throw and hitting her arms from the inside of the Warsuit

Valerie aims her Warsuit's left hand, motioning her plasma Cannon to the super soldier. In a split moment, the searing hot plasma shoots out towards the alien super soldier but manages to dodge but was still hit in a non-vitals area. It's armored pouldrons melted off but was fine overall

In a lightning-fast response, the alien monster lunges at Valerie once more, prompting her to attempt evasive maneuvers. However, this inadvertently exposes her to the Alien's weapon of choice: a Nano-Edge Blade. This blade, infused with nanobots, perpetually hones its edge and repairs itself, rendering it nearly indestructible and exceedingly deadly

Valerie's gaze catches a fleeting shimmer of the blade right before her. In an instant, her Warsuit's left arm is ripped away, a sharp cry of agony escapes from her lips

"AGHHH!!!"

Valerie was in a state of shock as her Warsuit's left arm was torn off along with her actual left arm. Her Warsuit's automated voice then speaks out. "Severe damage detected, deploying medical stimms". A needle then injects Valerie from her nape and a rush of fluids quickly was inserted into her bloodstream giving Valerie time to calm down and not feel the pain

"You vile alien scum!" Valerie's voice yells as she maneuvers her Warsuit's right arm, thrusting it into the creature's abdomen. The Laser Rotary Cannon hums to life, its powerful laser at a extreme rapid fire, unleashing a relentless barrage upon the alien super soldier. Despite clearly feeling the agony, the alien's heightened senses, superior body and extreme mind, allowed it to swiftly retaliate. With precision, the alien plunges its Nano-Edge Blade into the Warsuit's right shoulder, piercing the Adamantine armor and striking Valerie's shoulder beneath

"HNGHH!". Valerie feels the blade in her shoulder but the medical stimm prevented her from feeling the pain. Valerie presses further into the alien's stomach as her laser rotary cannon continues to fire and purple blood from the alien super soldier begins to drip down

But pressing further was a mistake, this ample distance gave the alien super soldier more access to Valerie's right arm and with a swift and brutal motion, it was just enough for it to tear off Valerie's right arm
