It took a couple days for Hermione and I to get the hang of using the time turners but we seemed to have mastered it for the most part. Except right now of course, Hermione and I are rushing over to Divination being just a minute behind. We stand at the entrance door hiding ourselves from ourclassmates as the professor starts talking. "Welcome, my children. In this room, you shall explore the noble art of Divination. In this room, you shall discover if you possess the sight. Hello. I am Professor Trelawney. Together, we shall cast ourselves into the future! This term, we shall be focusing on Tasseomancy, which is the art of reading tea leaves." I chortle. Tea leaves? To tell our future, yea right. I turn around and look at Hermione who seems to have the same thought as me. This lady is a wackjob. "Please take the cup of the person sitting opposite you." I try to look around and notice that there is an empty table next to Ron and Harry. "Mione. There." I jerk my head over to where I was looking and Mione nods at me. We just have to time it when no one is paying attention now.

"What do you see? The truth lies buried, like a sentence deep within a book, waiting to be read. But first, you must broaden your minds. First, you must look... beyond!" Everyone looks over to where the Professor was staring at, and Hermione and I took it as our opportunity to rush over to the empty table and sit before anyone sees.

"What a load of rubbish." Hermione says as we both unpack our bags. "Where did you two come from?!" Ron questions us. "Us?" I ask as I put my necklace back under my robe. "We've been here all this time. Nice that you didn't notice Ron, good friend you are." I gaslight him.

"You, boy-- is your grandmother quite well?" Trelawney asks Neville behind us. "Uh, I-I think so." Neville stutters out, confused. "I-I wouldn't be so sure of that. Give me the cup." Dean picks up Neville's cup and hands it over to her. "Oh...Hm... pity." She just sets it back down on the table as if she didn't just give Neville horrible news. The audacity. "Is she joking? What kind of teacher does that?" I whisper to Hermione. The professor starts walking in our direction.

"Broaden your minds! Mmm..." She hums over at us. She sees Ron and loses her shit. "OH!" Your aura is pulsing, dear. Are you in the beyond? I think you are?!" "Uh.. sure." "Look at the cup. Tell me what you see." "Oh, yea, um... Harry's got sort of a... wonky cross. That's trials and suffering." I chortle once more; no shit Harry has trials and suffering. "And right there could be a heart and the sun and that is love and happiness... So... you're going to be suffer... But you're gonna be in love and happy about it." Ron unsurely tells Harry. I laugh out loud and Hermione smirks at me also not believing this shit.

"Give me the cup." Trelawney tells him. He hands over Harry's cut to him, and she only looks into it for a second before she yells out and throws the cup on the ground. "AH! Oh, my dear boy. You have... the Grim." She solemnly tells Harry. She can't actually be serious right now, can she, does everyone's cup have grave news?

The kids around us gasp at her statement to Harry. "The Grin? What's the Grin?" Seamus asks out loud. "Not the Grin, you idiot. The Grim." A boy named Bem tells him. I look over at him and see him reading from the next. "Taking form of a giant spectral dog, it's among the darkest omens in our world. It's an omen... of death."

The four of us start walking down the castle grounds to Care of Magical Creatures after class ended. "You don't think that Grim thing's got anything to do with Sirius Black, do you?" Ron asks Harry. "Oh, honestly, Ron! If you ask me, Divination's a very woolly discipline. Now, Ancient Runes, that's a fascinating subject." Hermione tells him. "Ancient Runes? Exactly how many classes are you girls taking this year?" "A fair few." I answer him. "Hang on, that's not possible. Ancient Runes is the same time as Divination. You have to be in two classes at once." "Don't be silly, Ronald." Hermione says. "How can anyone be in two classes at once?" I gaslight him again. "Broaden your minds! Use your inner eye to see the future!" Hermione chuckles at Ron as we all get closer to Hagrid's hut.
