Stell and Paulo have been best friends for 10 yrs. And for the past 2 yrs stell is courting paulo but pablo insists that his straight and only thinks of stell as a brother and besh friend..after years of being rejected stell decided to accept his aunts invitation to go to canada for vacation. Before he left he talked to paulo and told him that his leaving and he will try his best to forget about his feelings about paulo,that when he comes back from his vacation he will be what paulo wants him to be,only his friend. That he just needs time to learn how to be away from pablo and to let go and move on from his feelings. And pablo just nods and hugs him and tells him that he will just be here waiting for him to come back,for his friend to come back. All night all stell did was cry and sob. When he landed,he was greeted by his cousin josh who has a cardboard that says stellvester pinsan kung pogi.. And he laughs. in a long time he laughs.

After weeks of working for stell's aunt shop, he met a man name jamie,jaime is kind and they have a lot of similarities that really help stell adjust to the new country his in. Every other day they go out to drink and sing. Which stell never did with anyone else because he was too shy. Jaime would tour him whenever they have day off from work and stell was really enjoying Jamie's company his starting to heal. In the few weeks of his stay he didn't message paulo nor took time to look at his social media. He was really eager to fulfill his promise that he will try to move on from his feelings and just go back to being friends..
At the other side of the world Paulo's waiting for stell to contact him. But nothing, there's nothing but silence from his besh friend. Ever Since stell left he constantly checks his social media account for updates. After a week he receives a notification that still posts a new tweet. He was excited he was sure that it was about stell missing the philippines and him because he knows stell feelings for him is strong that it will not go for just a week. But he was left dumbfounded when stell post about him and a guy hiking and he was smiling a huge and genuine smile that he hasn't seen for quite some time. And he just harshly grabbed his chest because it was as if his heart was being squeezed or being pressed by a large object and he was puzzled why. It must be too much caffeine consumption he thinks. He must lessen it because he doesn't like to experience that feeling again like his heart was being crushed. But days turn into weeks and it's almost a month and stell still hasn't contacted him and it seems his not going home anytime soon. And he keeps posting about his adventures with this jamie guy..
After two months of torture he decided to follow stell his best friend ,he misses him. The way he takes care of him,cooking for him. the daily good morning,take care,don't forget to eat and the "dont forget that iloveyou" he misses it,he misses him.
He sent him a message that his coming to canada just for a quick vacation from work cause his too stressed. And stell replied with, do you have a place to stay? Are you staying in a hotel? After reading it his heart felt a pinch and it sting. And he managed to reply to stell with. When i arrive I'll look for one near your place so it's easy to hang out. And stell replied with,you can stay with me it will save you money. He almost jumped in his seat if it wasn't for the seatbelt in the plane.
But as he landed he was looking for a familiar face,and as he saw stell he ran towards his best friend and hugged him tightly. But lets go because he knows stell was trying to move on from him and this might hinder his progress and again he felt a pang of pain in his heart.
After sleeping in for a few hours stell invited him to go out,paulo was excited because its been a while since it was just him and stell spending time together but to his dismay as they enter a bar,someone waved his hand toward their direction and he recognize that face,because stell always posts a tweet with the same guy and it irks him but what can he do. As the night deepens stell was enjoying talking and dancing, but someone just stopped the music and announced that it was the weekly open mic. He was startled why stell and jaime stand and walk into the stage and sat side by side and now holding a mic...

The music starts to play and it sinks in. Stell is singing.. Stell doesn't sing in front of other people especially in a crowd. He only sings with him only for him. As the two finished their performance Paulo stood and excused himself and said his still jetlagged and needs to sleep it off. So stell handed him the keys to his place and asked him if he knows how to get home on this own, he just nod. As pablo walks he started crying but a voice called him,he knows that voice its stell. Why did he follow him? Does this mean he still loves him? Because he thinks he has feelings for stell. Not as best friend,not as brother but as a man. As he wiped his tears and turned to look at the voice he missed so much, stell was out of breath he gave him a few sec to catch his breath. S:Paulo.. P:yes stell.. S:sorry... P:For what? S: i gave you the wrong key, that's aunties shop keys. Here take this. Take care on your walk I'll go back to the bar don't wait for me,go sleep. That's it. When paulo heard it his heart broke. As stell turn he shouts. Is it him? Stell confused ask,what did you say? P: Don't you love me anymore? Is it him you want? Have you already moved on? Am i too late? S: too late for what? Isn't it you who told me that you can't love me the way i love you,that you only look at me as a friend,as a brother? For two years my heart was shattered every time you rejected me but i stayed because i loved you. Now what? Because I'm starting to move on and be happy you're acting this way? P: but i miss you. S: is it me you miss or our friendship? Or you're just used to that I'm always there. Pau I'm starting to love myself because for two years all the love i had i gave to you. Now let me love myself.
After a few seconds of walking stell heard paulo shout... Ako naman.. S: what do you mean? P: hayaan mo naman ako magmahal sayo.. S: baka mainip at mapagod ka! P: basta dito lang ako i wont leave, ill stay, ill show you and make you feel na mahal na kita.. S: ikaw bahala so lets start tomorrow? And with that paulo smiled as if the sun shined for the first time in a long time. Maybe there's still a chance even a sliver of hope that stell still has feelings for him. Now its his time to show stell how much he cares.
Stells been smiling while walking back to the bar where he left jamie. As he sits Jamie asks him if he got to talk and tell Paulo that he failed,that his still very much in love with him. Stell just answer him with No. J: why? I think you were gone long enough to talk to him? Were you nervous that he will reject you again? S: no actually he said that he will court me that its his turn to show me how he feels. J: huh? How did it happend? S: i think his jealous of you,he ask me if i like you? J: and what did you say? S: that he has no right to ask because he was the one who rejected me more times than i could remember. That it hurt me everytime but i choose to stay because i loved him. J: and then? S: then he said its his time to show me how he feel and that he will start tomorrow. J: wait didn't you told him that were just friends? S: i dont think it will help,remember were best friends but i feel in love with him. J: but didnt you tell him that its your cousin josh that i like? That we became friends because i wanted to get close to josh and to be able to know him better? S: I guess ill just have to tell him some other time.. i like him being jealous,its cute... J: ow stell i might get punch because of you.. S: come on jaime maybe josh will get jealous too and finally relalize that he wants you too..
