Louisiana was leaned on the car window as the wind blew her hair back. Her parents were blasting their music singing. Her brother was on his motorcycle behind them in his own world she could see him from the mirrors on the sides of the car. She laughed at the two watching them her parents were so madly in love and she loved watching them together. They stopped at a house finally it looked a bit messed up but it was good enough to live in that was for sure. She got out and walked to the moving truck grabbing a box. After several trips of back and fourth her and her family sat at a table made out of boxes eating dinner. "It's pretty here" Louisiana says eating the pizza off the paper plate. "We know it isn't the best but-" she quickly cut them off " no no I love it guys really I do!"she says with a smile. Her parents both smiled at each other. They all began talking just telling each other things about things they saw.

They were laughing and just talking until Louisiana's father, Dylan, fell backwards off the box he was using to sit on causing her and her mother to burst out in laughter. "Oh y'all think that's funny huh?"he laughed as he sat up fixing the box. Louisiana got up grabbing the plates and cleaning the mess for her parents. " here's a blanket and pillow go pick a room" her mother Mary says to her and Noah. as she kissed their daughters head. "Get some sleep for your first last day of school" her dad laughed as he hugged her. "I don't know why you guys are making me go but ok!"her and her brother both raced down the hall pushing each other to get the best room. She found a room and slammed the door shut quickly locking him out laughing. It had a beautiful view of the water and beach. She also had a bay and bow window as well. Once they could her mother said she would take Louisiana room shopping.

She finally found a spot comfy enough to fall asleep. Come morning the sun shines through her window directly onto her face. She could smell breakfast being cooked and could hear the old school blue grass music blasting from the kitchen. She got up walking to the bathroom lazily rubbing her eyes. She took a shower and got ready fixing her hair. She came out out of her bedroom moving past moving boxes and totes smiling at the sight of her father dancing with her mother in the kitchen. "Dylan I have to cook!" Her mother laughed as her father spun her around the kitchen.

Her brother finally got up and walked into the kitchen. "I have to go look for some work around here so I'll see you guys at dinner I love y'all, have a good first last day Loser" he says messing his sisters hair a bit before walking out and she heard the roar of his bike as he pulled out of their drive and drove off into town to find a job. She was in the mirror fixing her hair as her dad came in. "You look fine stop worrying ok?"he says with a small smile. She finally walked out to the kitchen to eat her food. Louisiana moved past more boxes grabbing a plate napkin to eat her food off of. "Ah ah ah come here" her dad says grabbing her hand dancing with her.

Louisiana groaned out laughing "I have to eattt"she laughed as he spun her around the kitchen. After about 20 minutes later she was finally free from her father's shenanigans and was eating. " do I really  have to go?"she laughed looking to her mom. "You might make a friend or to!"she says as she hands her some money for lunch. "I love you guys!-" her father cut her off grabbing his keys. "I'll drive you I have to look for some work!"her dad says as she nods walking out to his though loved pick up truck. She got in and he blasted "dirt on my boots" by Jon Pardi. She laughed as he sung loudly and very off key. They pulled up and people stared at the two people inside singing their hearts out to the song.

She smiled as the song ended and her dad turned to her. "You got this kid, just be yourself and they'll love ya"he says kissing her head and letting her out the car. "I love you!"he yelled as she yelled it back before walking in. She smiled as she walked in and fixed her hair. She went to the front office and they asked if she would like a guide. "Uh yah please that will help me out a lot" she laughed with a smile. "Oh that accent is just so cute!where you from sweetie?"the office lady asked. Louisiana laughed a bit. "Louisiana." Says as the secretary laughed and then stopped. "Oh you're being serious!"she says once more. A girl came in she had long curls and her skin was tan. "I'm Kie, you must be Louisiana?"she asked as Louisiana nodded her head. "Yup that's me!you must be my tour guide?"she asked as kie nodded.
