Before Takashi had returned from dating Shizuki he wanted to spend time with his sister as the last time their siblings time before he went for real surgery for his cancer as much as Yumiko was going back to the Mansion where it was found at the nearest Fukuoka hotel.
Takashi: hey...Hikaru, I want to spend time with you since I had to go back with Seki to have proper treatment this time around

Right before the Hikaru family left the Sakura studio they met with the Hinatazaka46 member idol Haruyo along with Kanemura and both of their family member who had come back from not turned into an awakening vampire as it was Yamaguchi Haruki and looked normal from his virtual aura around him.
Haruki: Haruyo and Miku I can see them walking right this way as they were ready to spend their last time right before Takashi had to go back to get proper treatment for his cancer back in Fukuoka hospital

Once they reached the Hinata Mansion to meet they greeted Takashi Hikaru his girlfriend was not with him before he had to leave the treatment hospital as he would be properly treated back in his hometown with a former member of the Sakurazaka46 member idol who had graduated 30 April 2023.
Takashi: sorry I had to pack my stuff as later I need to go there today back to the Nogi House part 2 as I want to meet with someone right before I leave the place with Seki as my assistant friend

When they had to go for something to eat on their way to the behind the backyard inside the Hinata Mansion someone here had prepared them some drink and food to get service themselves Morita could see the custom cookies as her favorite Pokemon Go game as she was eating them as she was had some girl talk with both of the Hinatazaka members as the same with Haruki are talked with Takashi on the left corner of the room together with them.
Haruyo: Morita we need some chat together as girl talk as your brother is busy with nii-chan
Morita: uh...sure of course we can do that if you want to have a chat with me before have some time here as nii-san can leave for the airport Yumiko can fetch him here as she drops me from the studio

Back when Takashi and Haruki had some male-to-male talk as they were sitting down Takashi spoke to him about dating Kanemura Miku in his life together with the family that he wanted to become with in the future.
Haruki: Takashi you didn't bring your girlfriend along with you today but you want to do with your sister this time around
Takashi: yes I do want to spend time with her since I going to do some proper treatment along with Seki
Haruki: make sure you video call your sister every single day when you arrive at the Fukuoka hospital or hotel maybe where you going to stay there until you recover from your cancer
Meanwhile, as the gentleman and ladies had finished their chat they were going back to have some last lunch together with his sister who had missed his moment with the both of him that she felt like wanting to hug before he left her alone again but this time round Yumiko and Takashi can video call his sister with record video and sent to her by LINE message.
Takashi: Hikaru shall we get going now Seki is waiting for us outside the Mansion
Morita: sure okay let go then and everyone thanks for the moment of your time together with my brother
Haruki: sure no problem but if you are recovering from your treatment we can get some drinks together with your sister along with your girlfriend who wants to join us back right here at the Mansion
An hour later Seki Yumiko's truck arrived at the Hinata Mansion Tomita saw the reaction that she had driven her truck over there to pick them up they went inside and she drove away back to the studio as Morita had to go back to the studio went she wants to say goodbye to her brother along with Yumiko.
Morita: Yumiko please take care of him and remember to video call us on LINE message every single day
Yumiko: of course, I will take care of Takashi senpai as I will count on him since we will meet soon enough as he has recovered from his cancer treatment
Takashi: Hikaru please listen to Matsuda and tell Shizuki that I have been going back to the Fukuoka hospital to recover my body
Morita had to goodbye hug him before Shizuki came out from the studio she hugged him and next is kissing him on his lips she had to whisper in his ear saying that to him was "please come back to me again, Takashi Senpai" and he nodded to her while they drove off to the Nogi House to meet with Ogawa Sato as he had taken the plane flight with Seki.
