Yuvika was strolling in her room. She thought to herself "Neil, I miss your yaar! Tumhein sab kuch bataye bina achha nahi lagta hai. Par ab bataoon bhi toh kaise, vidur uncle ki baton se saf pata chala ki if you get involved in it all, tumhari jaan ko khatra hai."
Though she saw her friend, her confidante being somewhat back but yet she had to hold herself for his well-being.
Yuvika was so immersed in her thoughts and didn't realise that Isha had entered her room and was watching her closely.
"All ok di?" asked Isha
That's when Yuvika's chain of thoughts broke.
"Oh Isha tu kab ayi, sorry maine nahi dekha and han han everything is okay bas yeh mamla aur complicated hota ja raha hai is baat ki tension hai." said Yuvika.
"Par aap abhi kya soch rahi thi? Kahin Neil ke baremein toh nahi?" Said Isha with a teasing look
"Isha actually sach kahoon toh I really want to talk to Neil, share everything with him par pata nahi kaise." Said Yuvika
"Di baat karne se sab theek ho jata hai, all you both need is a calm proper conversation aur waise bhi di, itne dinon mein apne bhi jo Neil Neil kiya hai na andar hi andar mujhe toh lagta hai aag dono taraf se lagi hai." Said Isha
"Yaar main yahan pareshan hoon aur tujhe ye sab suj raha hai, pehle woh baat toh karle theek se. Anyways time waste mat kar mujhe Haseena ji ke sath ek important kaam pe jaana hai, I'll see you later." Said Yuvika and went to the washroom to get ready.
"Achha toh di ab deny bhi nahi kar rahi hai, Nice!" Thought Isha to herself.
Yuvika had to go to the adress where her papa was sending the money to with Haseena. Haseena knew that DJ would follow them and so as to dodge DJ, she went with her backup plan.
When Yuvika saw Neil in the car which Haseena had told her to get into, she was unsure about it but still went in.
Inside the car-
"Ab kya baat karoon, Haseena ji ki baat sun kar aa toh gaya aur waise bhi do dinon se ajeeb behave bhi kar rahi hai" thought Neil to himself.
"Toh yeh hum kaha ja rahe hai?" Asked Neil to break the ice between them.
"Pata nahi kiska ghar hai,par investigation ke liye zaroori hai" answered Yuvika.
"Ab itna kuch hua hai, kya kya bataoon tumhein main toh kar raha hai sab bol doon, par kya karna chahiye samajh hi nahi araha hai" thought Yuvika.
"Waise Inspector Haseena ne kal hi mujhe unka yeh back up plan samjha diya tha, aur isme mera bhi personal benifit hai, papa ko sirf bail hua hai, par mujhe unhein baizzatbari karani hai, so I agreed to the plan shayad kuch mil jaye." Said Neil
"Thank you Neil" said Yuvika
"Uff, gussa toh bohot tha main aur shayad ab bhi thoda hoon par Yuvika ka yeh Thank you sunne ke liye kan taras gaye the mere" thought Neil and a smile appeared on his face.
"Yuvika ne sorry toh kaha mujhse aur papa ko bhi Yuvi nehi bail karaye hai,I really need to talk to her an sort it all, waise toh raha bhi nahi ja raha hai, chahe jitni bhi koshish karloon at the end of the day it's a fact that I really love her." Said Neil to himself.
" Dekho Yuvika " "Suno Neil" both of them said together.
Neil understood the situation and stopped the car, they both were on a rather empty road so they came out of the car as both of them knew that they had to sort out their differences.
"Yuvika I'm sorry, main thoda zyada hi gusse mein aagaya tha,aur sahi galat socha hi nahin. I know tumne boht baar sorry kahan, aur boht madad bhi kiya yet I behaved like that. I'm really sorry."
And with that he held her hands
Yuvika's eyes welled up, after so many days Neil had held her hand, spoke to her in that way, she felt as if the light of her life was back.
"Neil, I'm sorry for everything, I'm sorry that I took an impulsive decision. Trust me Neil, mujhe na in dinon mein itna akela akela sa feel ho raha tha, kuch bhi share nahi kar pa rahi thi tumse, tumhare un kharab jokes pe hans nahi pa rahi thi, I really missed my best friend." Said Neil
Neil held her shoulders and smiled. He said "Achha ab sab bhool jao ab main wapis aayaga hoon na, tum bilkul akeli nahi ho, I'm there. Main aj bhi tumhare sath hoon aur humesha sath hi rahoonga." Said Neil
Yuvika just could not help it. She hugged Neil, and the sukoon, the peace she felt was unparalleled. Yuvika noticed the fast heartbeats of Neil as soon as she hugged him and finally felt a pair of arms tightly secured around her back. They found peace, they found the lights of their lives back.
They broke the hug after some time. Yuvika looked at him shyly and Neil noticed the spark in her eyes, they were different, they were new for him. No body understands Yuvika better than Neil, he could clearly get the change of emotions in her eyes, the change in the way she looked at him.
"Kahin main khudko zyada hopes toh nahi deraha hoon?" Thought Neil but then he thought to live in the moment and not think about the future.
"Aaj itne dino bad itna sukoon mila na, kya hi bataoon. I know the way you look at me Neil, maine dekha hai and main jo yeh feel kar rahi hoon, shayad Isha sahi keh rahi thi. But anyways I'm just happy to have you back." Thought Yuvika
"Ab chalein?" Said Neil
"Ya let's go!" Said Yuvika
"Aur han mujhe har woh update chahiye chalo gadi mein baithkar chalte chalte batana" said Neil
"Of course Neil, chalo batati hoon." Said Yuvika with a smile.
They both went towards the car with their brightest smiles, Yes they knew that life was still messed up for them and they had to fight a long battle but at least they had each other and that is all they wanted at that moment.
